Excellent for solo traveler or 2 people. Nice, clean studio with a parking space. Comfortable bed and a nice closet. Use the ceiling fan to draw down the cool air from the ac. Close to grocery stores, restaurants, food trucks and shopping. Also close access to downtown and Mamalahoa highway. Host replies quickly, is friendly and easy to talk with. I would definitely return for another stay.

This room was perfect for my stay in Hilo. It was clean and had all the amenities I needed. It was also a very quiet area but one would need a car for getting around as there was really no way to walk to stores/food etc, I had to rely on others in my reunion group to pick me up(which worked out OK! I would certainly stay here again(can't beat the price)!

The property is just as pictured. Quiet , safe neighborhood close to so many attractions and shopping opportunities. The host is exceptional and very helpful with information and recommendations about the area. We will return.

Easy check in and check out process. Tulpe was easily accessible with any question or concern. Parking was easy enough if you can parallel park well enough. Quiet location.

Very nice

We booked this kind of last minute for Hawaii and I was pleasantly surprised by it. It was a very cozy and pretty room. The bed was super comfy. And the location was very quiet and seemed safe.
