Fully equipped chalet with air conditioning 2 bedrooms (1bed 140 and 3 in 90), covered terrace, barbecue, children's games. The property is planted with trees (olive trees, oaks) and is located 1 km from the RT 30, in the immediate vicinity of a commercial area (mutual credit, shops)
The sandy beach of Algajola is 1.5 km away (kite surfing spot)
Hiking trails are on the edge of the property (access to the villages of CORBARA, PIGNIA, SAN ANTONINO, local crafts )
ILE ROUSSE at 4km, CALVI at 17 km.
Rental according to availability .

Cleaning option 50€
a laundry room with 2 washing machines of 10 kg is available free of charge for residents
