Excellent Vacation

The house is well maintained. Good furniture. Easy access to the beach. Well worth the cost. I plan on renting this house again next year. Had a great time with the family. Had a chance to bond with my grand kids

We absolutely loved our stay at this Holden Beach home! The location was fantastic—close to restaurants, Sunset Slush, the candy shop, and everything we love about Holden Beach. The views from the decks were amazing, and we really enjoyed having so much deck seating to relax and enjoy them.The elevator was a huge plus, especially when it came to unloading luggage and bringing in groceries. The kitchen was also very well stocked with everything we needed. One additional convenience that would be nice in the future is keyless entry, which would make checking in and out even easier.We did have a couple of things we think could improve the experience. There is quite a bit of furniture inside the house, which made the rooms feel tight and made the house seem smaller than it actually is. The huge kitchen island is in the way and we had to move it to the living room just to function in the kitchen. Also, all of the bedrooms except the primary bedroom were very warm when the doors were closed. We tried adjusting things in several ways, but nothing seemed to make much of a difference.Overall, we had a wonderful stay! Holden Beach is one of our favorite places, and we look forward to this trip every year. We would definitely consider staying here again and appreciate all the little things that made our vacation special!

Week Vacation

We had a great week at this property. Great layout with 3 of the 4brs on the upper level. Location and beach were fantastic. 5 min walk or less to 3-4 restaurants, ice cream and coffee. Restaurant across the street did have live music outside but wasn’t loud enough to cause any issue. A very well appointed kitchen with everything you would need to cook for your group. Would recommend the owners look into a new king bed mattress for the upstairs. It’s quite uncomfortable and worn out. This is a home we would recommend and potentially return.

Great week at the beach

Communication was quick and easy. The house is exactly as pictured. The kitchen is the best equipped of any home I’ve rented. We enjoyed our stay at Sandpiper very much and would definitely rent again.
