This spacious, south-west-facing, recently refurbished 55 m2 2-room apartment is located on the 5th floor of the prestigious L'Ermitage residence, a former hotel dating from the 1930s. You can see the sea from all the living rooms... leave the terrace and take just a few steps down to the beach. Private parking is available exclusively to residents.
The flat
This very bright flat has a large living area... a 30m2 living/dining room... a comfortable BZ with a 160x200 bed, the Clic-Clac being a 140... a large, very functional chest of drawers... a television on a piece of furniture with castors... a balcony provides space for a small table for 2 people.
The kitchen is equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, electric and microwave ovens and brand new electrical appliances, including a Bosch Tassimo multi-drink machine and kettle. There's also a traditional coffee maker, toaster and handy sideboard for taking dishes away...
The bedroom, with its sea view window, has a very comfortable 180 x 200 cm bed... there's also a pretty console with drawers in front of a mirror... as well as a wardrobe and practical bedside cabinets.
The bathroom has a spacious walk-in shower, an electric towel rail and a vanity unit for storing toiletries. The WC is separate
