The property is located on the property of the Bauer family. It has two floors, spread over approximately 35 square meters of living space.
In the lower part of the house is the fully equipped kitchen (electric stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, etc.) with dining area, and the guest toilet.
In the upper part of the house you will find the bedroom, equipped with sleeping places for 2 persons. Also upstairs is the small cozy living room that invites you to linger and also the bathroom with shower.
The rental includes the use of the terrace with seating and barbecue, two bicycles and a parking space. Bed linen and the original equipment towels are provided by us free of charge.

Best short holiday ever!

Next to the fact that we had the best weather we could ever hope for, our appartment with Elke and Karsten was far above and beyond our expectations. Everything we needed was provided for and more, waaaay more! Elke has a very keen eye for detail. Everything was squeeky clean, and we felt welcome with a bottle of bubbles, fresh flowers, a set of clean towels, and a very warm welcome from both her and her husband Karsten. The sweetest people you are even gonna meet. Always in for advise on all things pertaining Rügen, where to go and what to see. I can’t stress enough the quality, cleanliness and completeness of the apartment, but both Elke and Karsten make your stay one that will stand out in your memory! Very highly recommended!

Bei der Ankunft wurden wir durch die Frau und Herrn Bauer sehr herzlich begrüßt. Frau Bauer zeigte uns unsere Ferienwohnung. Die Ferienwohnung verfügt bis ins kleinste Detail über alle Sachen die man im Urlaub braucht. Reise nach Rügen

Sehr nette Vermieter, es gab tolle Tipps für den Aufenthalt. Die Fewo ist gemütlich und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es ist alles dort was man braucht. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Fahrräder konnten wir im Schuppen unterstellen. Beim nächsten Aufenthalt in Rügen würden wir die Wohnung wieder buchen.

Tolle Wohnung mit Wohlfühleffekt

Diese kleine Wohnung ist ausreichend für zwei Personen. Sie ist sehr gepflegt, sauber und hervorragend ausgestattet. Bei unserer Anreise begrüßten uns die Besitzer herzlich, sie waren hilfsbereit und immer ansprechbar. Der Terrassenbereich, der mit genutzt werden kann, lud zum Frühstücken und entspannen ein. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Sehr freundliche Gastgeber, sehr schöne und sehr saubere Wohnung auf 2 Etagen lädt zum wohlfühlen ein. Die Austattung in der Küche ist mehr als ausreichend, es ist alles vorhanden. Für viele Ausflugsziele ist die Lage der Wohnung optimal. Wir können dieses Angebot auf jedenfall weiterempfehlen.

Der perfekte Ort um in Ruhe Rügen kennenzulernen.

Die perfekte Ferienwohnung für 1-2 Personen, die auch etwas abseits vom Trubel Urlaub mögen. Es ist dort wirklich alles vorhanden was man benötigt, Es ist sehr sauber!! Super freundliche Vermieter, die gleich nebenan wohnen. Wenn sie ihren W-Lan Empfang noch ein bischen aufrüsten, dann hätten sie 6 Sterne verdient. Wer also keine Wege scheut ist dort perfekt aufgehoben.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft und sehr nette Vermieter!

Wir haben die Woche Urlaub in der Wohnung bei Familie Bauer sehr genossen! Die Wohnung wirkt viel größer als man nach der Angabe von 35m² vermuten würde und bietet 2 Personen komfortabel Platz. Der Empfang war sehr herzlich, auf dem Tisch in der Küche und im Wohzimmer standen frische Blumen und im Kühlschrank wartete sogar ein netter Willkommenstrunk auf uns. Alles ist sehr praktisch eingerichtet, man kann sich rundum wohlfühlen und auch mal einen Regentag gemütlich drinnen mit Lesen verbringen. Die direkte Umgebung war jetzt im Herbst weniger attraktiv, da die endlosen Felder in der Gegend alle schon abgeerntet waren bzw. gerade "beackert" wurden. Auch der Verkehr auf der zeitweise viel befahrenen Straße nach Schaprode ist bei offenen Fenstern deutlich wahrnehmbar. Aber als Ausgangspunkt für ausgedehnte Radtouren auf Rügen und Ausflüge nach Hiddensee war es perfekt. Alles in allem eine durchweg empfehlenswerte Ferienwohnung!

Ankommen und Wohl fühlen. Die Wohnung ist so liebevoll und herzlich eingerichtet, einfach so wie Familie Bauer selbst ist. Es ist in der Wohnung alles vorhanden. Das ist man von Ferienwohnungen oftmals nicht so gewöhnt. Wir können nur sagen: Einfach toll, es hat uns super gut gefallen!

Perfekte Auszeit

Die kleine Ferienwohnung der Familie Bauer war für uns perfekt. Als Radler waren wir immer unterwegs und hatten die Wohnung als Ausgangspunkt für einen Ausflug nach Hiddensee gewählt. Die Schiffe ab Schaprode waren nach 4 km erreicht und wir mussten das Auto daher nicht benutzen. Das war auch gut so, weil man nicht im Ort und am Hafen parken kann und der Großparkplatz weiter entfernt und sehr teuer ist. Die Vermieter sind sehr kontaktfreudig und bemüht, den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Daumen hoch, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Tolles Wohlfühl-Ambiente!

Mein Freund und ich haben drei Nächte in der Ferienwohnung verbracht. Die Wohnung ist schön geschnitten, top gepflegt und sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Frau Bauer war total zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Sie hat uns sogar einige Ausflugstipps gegeben. Gerne wieder! :)

Schöne kleine Wohnung

Wir waren nicht viel in der Wohnung, da wir sehr viel unterwegs waren. Aber sie ist sehr nett und gut ausgestattet. Absolut ausreichend für zwei Personen. Das einzige was anzumerken ist das die Wohnung sehr hellhörig ist und man die Vermieter selbst Husten hört. Sonst ist sehr schön zum entspannen.
