Gîte on two levels adjoining the owners' house. Ground floor: entrance via a step, lounge - living room - kitchen, bathroom with WC (walk-in shower), 1 bedroom with walk-in shower (1 double bed 140x190 cm). 1st floor: mezzanine with 1 Savoyard bed 140x190 cm, 1 bedroom (1 double bed 140x190 cm). Outdoor space shared with the owners. Public parking 100 meters from the cottage. Spacious cottage for 6 people. Exposed beams and loze walls giving character and a mountain spirit to the rooms. These traditional elements give a rustic and authentic atmosphere. The owners' handmade furniture adds a personal, artisanal touch to the interior of the cottage. Every detail has been carefully considered to create a warm and welcoming space. Comfortable cottage in the center of Termignon, 500 meters from the ski slopes. Village center 200 meters with shops and services (open in season). Many other resorts nearby: Val Cenis at 6 km, Aussois at 10 km, La Norma at 17 km, Bonneval sur Arc at 26 km. Bessans Nordic cross-country ski area 19 km away. Entrance gate to the Vanoise National Park by Bellecombe 14km away. Wide choice of hiking and mountain biking trails from Termignon in summer. Major road passes in the surrounding area: Col du Mont Cenis at 16 km (Italian border), Col de l'Iseran at 39 km (link with Haute-Tarentaise - Val d'Isère).
