Great house with a fantastic lake view! We had a great weekend spent enjoying the water. Cozy house, comfy furniture in a lovely neighborhood. Communication with the host was excellent as well. We would definitely stay here again!

The setting was prime property right on the lake, it was beautiful. The host was very informative, giving us ideas on restaurants and places to go shopping.However, the place was somewhat clean, but needed a lot of deep cleaning. It’s an older place with painted paneling and needs a lot of updating. The game room was nice although no air-conditioning. Many things were very accessible to use in the lake. The beds were comfortable and the bedding was nice. The rooms were decorated very nice.We had a great time, but wish the place had been cleaner.

I appreciate you letting me know about the cleaning issue, although I'm not really sure what you felt needed to be "deep cleaned." We take pride in a very tidy home and we will go over the home with our cleaning crew to make sure there are no issues for future guests. I do wish that you would have let me know upon arrival so that we could have had the opportunity to fix whatever issues you saw in the house. Amazing view of the lake. Plenty of space for my family. Host was easily accessible if I needed something. Clean areas. Game room was taken advantage of since the weather was not the best. Overall excellent place and host. Yes, I would definitely stay here again.

I will admit Old Lake Charm does have a Million Dollar View! This was our second time staying here and again we will definitely be back. It has such a warm and cozy feeling and the amenities are great. Shana is an amazing host. You will not go wrong booking here.

Overall, the stay was good. There were some damaged fixtures and paneling in the downstairs bathroom area that appear to have been resulting from incomplete maintenance work. Recommend finishing prior to next rental.

Perfect week away

Absolutely beautiful view, incredibly quiet, comfortable and relaxing. The only thing I would do different, I would rent a boat for the week.
