Host was very welcoming and responsive. Condo was centrally located, comfortable and very safe area. Enjoyed the indoor hot tub.Kitchen had what we needed and the condo was nicely furnished with a very comfortable bed. Would stay again.

Great Downtown Stay

This little condo has a great location, within walking distance of the Pike Market, Space Needle and multiple parks. Checking in and out was a little bit of a hassle, but was actually appreciated after it was explained. Great security/felt safe staying here.

Everything was adorable. The condo is nicely furnished but the building is undergoing some construction. There is a garage but unfortunately it’s got a low clearance so our stay ended up costing us a lot more for parking a few blocks away since the truck didn’t fit. But theres a cute indoor pool area and the courtyard was so nice to relax in.

This is as described, a chic apartment in the heart of Seattle. Its location made it easy to avoid a car rental and to get around on foot or an occasional Uber. The space was well appointed, immaculate and comfy. The host was very accommodating, kept us well informed and had helpful suggestions about places to be sure and visit, including some we might have missed, like Bainbridge Island. If back in Seattle again, we would definitely rebook.Thank you.

Great condo in a great location

We were looking for three things in a Seattle rental: good location, quiet, and air conditioning. We wanted to be able to walk to most of the major attractions. This Belltown condo is a 10 minute walk from Pike Place Market and a 10 minute walk in the other direction to the Space Needle. We only needed a ride if we were going to one of the neighborhoods that is not along the waterfront. There are plenty of restaurants and bars in the area, and a cute bakery on the first floor. Because we were in Belltown which has an active social scene of bars, restaurants, and entertainment venues we were looking for a place that would be quiet when we were ready to go to sleep. The apartment is located in a complex that is arranged as a square with a central courtyard. Since the unit was facing the courtyard it was very quiet day or night. Seattle has traditionally had mild summer weather. Many, if not most, residences do not have air conditioning. I know that climate change is a hoax, but Mother Nature seems to have been fooled. When we were there it was 90 plus on most days and AC was a must. Most of the rentals we looked at did not have any AC at all. This one has a portable Danby unit in the bedroom that kept us cool when it was sweltering outside. We were given a thorough orientation and tour of the unit, building and amenities, and parking garage upon our arrival. We found everything we needed and did not have to contact the host during the stay. We were very happy with the rental and would highly recommend staying here.

Super cute condo in great location! We loved everything about it! Wouldn't hesitate to re-book when back in the area. Hosts were accomodating, friendly and communicative. Location was great and withing walking distance to several area attractions. We found everything we needed in the well appointed kitchen.

2022 Heat wave

Clean, cute, tasteful apartment, didn't use the pool, rooftop, or gardens as it was blistering hot. One recommendation is an additional wind tunnel type fan for when it is so ridiculously hot. Only 1 fan in the living space was not enough. Also, since the area is a bit sketchy, it would be nice to have indications of if/where it is safe to walk. A list of Lyft or Uber driverswould be great. Using the Uber app, Uber drivers would not pick up our job the morning we had to get to the airport, so we had to walk to the Westlake station, lugging our baggage. Not fun.
