Great VRBO experience!This apartment was in a perfect location in Belltown area with short walking distances to major attractions in the area, including multiple restaurants. We had great communication with our host and our questions were answered promptly.The apartment was very clean and had all the amenities you might need. We did not have a car, but parking was available if needed.We give this place a 10 out of 10.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Hosts were very communicative and easy to reach. The unit was in very good condition and had everything we needed. Conveniently located and had the bonus of secure, garage parking. Plenty of places to eat just steps away. We wouldn’t hesitate to book again!

Belltown Fun

Love the convenience, walking distance to a lot of must do things in Seattle. Loved the bar downstairs, best wings ever. Place was comfortable and clean. Great hosts.

Super convenient spot right near the waterfront

We spent a few days in Seattle just seeing the sights on a college tour of the PNW. The building is nicely appointed, the on-site parking was amazingly convenient, and the location is fantastic - walking distance to the Space Needle, the MOPOP, Pike's Place, and plenty of other places. There are dozens of great bars and restaurants within a few blocks of the building. If you're looking for a good base of operations for a Seattle visit, this building is a great spot for you.

Seattle Visit

The property was exactly as pictured. Comfortable and clean. Host was very easy to communicate with and even offered suggestions. This condo is located within walking distance to the Space Needle, Chihuly Museum, Pike Place, the Seattle Ferry and Pioneer Square. Would definitely recommend.

This being our 4th trip to Seattle we decided to stay off the main roads (Pike/Pine) and researched several properties. We were absolutely delighted that we chose this rental.Upon arrival the host met with us and gave us a tour of the property, details on accessing the rental, tour of the garage for parking, etc.This rental has a lovely courtyard view. The bed and linens were perfect! Extra pillows or blankets available if we needed them.The kitchen has everything you might need to make breakfast before heading out in the morning, or a light meal at night. Though honestly with the many dining options the moment you exit the building and for several blocks surrounding the location who needs to cook.As for location, it was perfect. A short walk to the most popular locations, as well as the light rail. The walk to and from downtown to Pike Place, and Pioneer Square are tree lined walkways with little to no exertion required.While we didn't walk to the Space Needle, Chihuly Gardens it is walkable from this rental area. Olympic Park is a short walk and makes for a very casual stroll.Bus lines are nearby. The Light Rail station at Westlake Center is about a 13 min walk. I would highly recommend using the train to get to/from the airport if you don't need a car rental.We didn't take any photos of the rental unit, but those provided online are a true representation of the unit.
