Gastgeber hat's uns liebevoll empfangen mit kleinen Geschenk selbstgemachten Honig. Ferienwohnung gut ausgestattet,man kann sich sehr wohlfühlen.Erreichbarkeit Altstadt mit Straßenbahn fast vor der Tür, aber genauso gut zu Fuß erreichbar.

Ferienwohnung war sehr sauber und hat das gehalten, was versprochen wurde. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr gut. Ich empfehle diese Wohnung gerne weiter.

Saubere, gemütlich eingerichtete kleine Ferienwohnung mit optimaler Lage für Exkursionen ins Stadtzentrum (zu Fuß nur ca. 15 min vom Stadtzentrum) oder ins Umland. Gute Verkehrsanbindung. Freundlicher Vermieter, unkomplizierter Check in, Check out. Sehr zufrieden!

Angenehme Unterkunft für Radfahrer

Ruhige Vorstadtlage mit guten Verpflegungsmöglichkeiten (mehrere Bäckereien, Aldi, Lidl, Kaufland und Imbiss-Stände). Altstadt Erfurt mit dem Rad in 10 min. erreichbar. Zweckmäßige Wohnungseinrichtung mit guten Betten und bequemem Ausziehsofa. Überdurchschnittliche Küchenausstattung. Alles sehr gepflegt und sauber. Unterstellmöglichkeit für Fahrräder im Keller. Kostenloses Parken in der Straße möglich, man findet immer irgendwo eine Lücke. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Gerne wieder.

Es ist eine schöne und zweckmäßig eingerichtete Ferienwohnung in ruhiger Lage. Wir sind oft zu fuß in die Stadt gegangen (30 Min.), konnten aber auch mit der Bahn fahren (fährt alle 10 Min.).

Ruhig und zentral

Kleine, gemütliche Wohnung. Thomas ist ein sehr unkomplizierter, freundlicher Vermieter. Die Wohnung hat alles, was man für einen Aufenthalt benötigt. Gute Betten. Geschäfte in der Nähe (toller Bäcker) und in der Nähe der schönen Altstadt. Gerne wieder.

Empfehlenswerte Unterkunft

Die gut ausgestattete Wohnung ist zu Fuß oder öffentlichem Nahverkehr gut an die Innenstadt angebunden. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in der Nähe. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter gestaltete sich sehr angenehm, er von ihm produzierte Honig ist sehr zu empfehlen.

Schöne Wohnung

Wir finden diese Wohnung sehr gut. Wir konnten unsere Fahrräder unterstellen und mit ihnen problemlos in die Altstadt fahren. Die Wohnung war sauber und gut eingerichtet. Der Kontakt zu dem Vermieter war sehr nett. Er hat uns persönlich begrüßt und alles erklärt und ist jederzeit erreichbar. Wir würden sie wieder mieten.

Es ist eine kleine und feine Wohnung zum Wohlfühlen in einer ruhigen Gegend. In der Küche hat es alles, was man benötigt. Vom sehr freundlichen Vermieter gab es ausserdem ein Glas des eigenen Honigs. Gerne wieder!

Gemütliche, gut ausgestattete Wohnung in ruhiger Lage

Die saubere, gepflegte Ferienwohnung in ruhiger Lage ist gut ausgestattet (vom Seifenspender, über Küchenutensilien bis zu Tee, Kaffee etc. alles vorhanden) ist vom Hbf sowie vom Zentrum gut zu erreichen, Tram-Haltestelle 400 m entfernt. Sehr freundlicher und entgegenkommender Vermieter, der bei verspäteter Anreise auf uns wartete, auf Extrawünsche einging und immer erreichbar war. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt kommen gerne wieder!

Wir sind typische FeWo-Nutzer und wissen es zu schätzen, wenn die FeWO kein Abstellort für ausgediente Möbel der Vermieter ist. Kleinigkeiten, die uns nicht ganz gefallen haben, fallen nicht in's Gewicht, weil es an NICHTS fehlte. Gewürze, Honig sogar frische Eier, Geschirr mehr als genug, Reinigungsmitte, Handtücher usw. alles da. Nicht zu vergessen der Kellerraum, in dem wir unsere Räder abstellen konnten. Auch Unterlagen für Veranstaltunhen und Stadtpläne, Bücher u. v. a. m.... Kurz um: empfehlenswert, auch weil ein sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt und sgen dem Vermieter nochmals DANKE

Ruhig gelegene Wohnung mit allem was man braucht

Der nette Vermieter hat uns sogar mit dem Auto vom Bahnhof abgeholt und zur Wohnung gefahren. Ein Glas leckerer, selbst geernteter Honig stand bereit. Die sehr ruhig gelegene Wohnung befindet sich etwas außerhalb der Altstadt (15-20 Minuten zu Fuß), aber die nahe gelegene Straßenbahn bringt einen schnell überall hin. Das Tram-Netz ist wirklich gut. Wir haben uns sofort eine Wochenkarte gekauft (20 Euro). Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, das Bett bequem und groß - was willste mehr!
