We enjoy having the kitchen area. This condo provides plenty choices of pots, pans and baking sheets. Choices of cooking utensils. Sturdy dishes and silverware. Being able to cook in our condo means more beach and pool time and no going out all the time.

The room is beautifully decorated and comes with everything you’ll need for your trip. You’ll have a stunning view of the Gulf of America looking east. It’s also conveniently located near shops, restaurants, and entertainment options.The host, Jessica, is super responsive and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend this property and host.

Excellent spot for mother daughter trip!

The owner has included every thoughtful amenity and the space is so well utilized, even with the sofa bed pulled out. It was perfect for our multi-day mother-daughter getaway! The beach was quite private for the PCB area, easy walk to stores and short drive to grocery. We loved it!

The owner of this condo is so gracious & full of hospitality. She has everything you need from a beach cart, chairs, umbrella to all cooking spices, and any toiletries you may have forgotten. My husband and I truly enjoyed our stay. It was a quaint and cozy condo. It was perfect for us!

This condo is one of those places. I love waking up, opening the shades, and seeing the Gulf right outside the window, then walking downstairs and being on the sand in minutes. It’s a space where I can slow down, breathe, and reset—and I’m grateful to be able to share that feeling with you during your stay.

Why they chose this property

I was drawn to this area because it offers the best of Panama City Beach in a very down-to-earth way. Fontainebleau Terrace is a classic, nostalgic beachfront building sitting directly on the Gulf of Mexico, so you don’t have to cross any roads or drive to enjoy the beach—you’re already there.

I also love that you can walk or take a short drive to restaurants, coffee, and local attractions, but still come back to a quieter stretch of beach to unwind. It feels like a little pocket of “old Florida” charm with easy access to everything you’d want on a beach vacation.

What makes this property unique

This is a true beachfront studio—no long walks or crowded parking lots. You can see the Gulf right from the window, then be on the sand or by the beachfront pool within minutes. The space itself is simple, clean, and thoughtfully set up, with a queen bed, sofa bed, and a small but well-equipped kitchen so you can cook if you’d like.
