Picture perfect! The home feels like a home away from home. The set up with the beautiful second area of living space on the basement area was perfect for break away time for different family members. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook great meals. The location was perfect close to downtown and the Airport. The hidden gem was the back yard. We were able to enjoy a beautiful evening after the Air Show and have plenty of space to enjoy the cool evening in with a beautiful background setting.

This house met our needs. Perfect location to downtown and many other spots we needed to hit. The spaciousness cannot be beat. We essentially had two living quarters so folks could have their space (group of 7). Our host was top notch! She was super responsive and friendly. Our biggest concern with staying at a house with a swamp cooler in August but it turned out to be a nonissue. The house was kept nice and cool; and there was an extra cooler in the basement.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. Kitchen well-equipped. Nicely decorated. Comfy couches. Quiet neighborhood. Only concern we had was the house not actually having A/C, rather a swamp cooler system which did not keep the house cool on sunny afternoons and did not seem to even move air in the basement. Good water pressure and plenty of hot water for showers.

Quaint home with lots of room.

We had a great time at this location. The host was so kind and helpful. We utilized this space for a family reunion and had three generations of adults there, and everyone had plenty of space to come together and to have our own space as well.

Perfect place for our family

Wonderful location for spending time in GJ and Powderhorn. Loved the space, the decor, the number of rooms and the yard. Too cold to be out there this time but we’d stay again for sure!

The perfect location!

Such a quaint house so close to the school. Loved the surrounding areas and being so close to both hiking in the mountains and winetasting at the local vineyards. Thanks for a great trip!
