Tropical paradise with large heated pool near #1 award-winning Siesta Key Beach! Off street parking. Sleeps 10. Four bedrooms all with king size beds, sleeper sofa, and two full baths. The kitchen is fully equipped. Full size washer and dryer, beach chairs, and umbrella. There are three security cameras for the safety of our renters. Located at front right side, backyard right side, and the back door. Front right side covers the front yard, driveway, and front door. Backyard right side covers the backyard and a portion of the patio. The backdoor covers the backdoor entrance and the patio area. Starter toilet paper and paper towels are provided. Pet fee $250. Cleaning fee $250. Close to Siesta Key Beach, downtown Sarasota, St. Armand's Circle, shopping, dining.

The pool area is perfect. The host is very responsive and easy going. No strict rules about being outside at night which is hard to find when booking rentals. Ten minutes to Siesta Key.

Host was great! Pool was wonderful! But house was dirty, some broken down, very worn furniture and furnishings. Thorough cleaning and some new furnisihings would be very helpful to upgrade the home. Also, dishwasher barely works. Some new towels and dish towels would also help

Thank you for mentioning that the pool was wonderful and that I was a great host. However, I need to address the concerns in your review. You stayed for 30 days and did not report a single cleanliness issue, maintenance concern, or appliance problem at any time. If the home had been dirty upon arrival or if the dishwasher was “barely working,” I would have expected immediate communication so it could be resolved. None was provided. The statement that the house was “dirty” is vague and unsupported by specifics. The home is professionally cleaned prior to each guest’s arrival. After your departure, the cleaning crew documented that the property required an extensive deep cleaning and noted that it appeared you had not performed any routine cleaning at any point during the entire 30-day stay. Given that no cleaning was done by your party during a full month, it is difficult to understand how the home’s cleanliness could be a concern during your stay. Interior furniture was also moved outside and left outdoors for an extended period by your party, which accelerates wear. It is not reasonable to criticize furnishings after using them in a manner they were not intended for. I have invested nearly a quarter of a million dollars into this property and continue to maintain and improve it. With a 9.6/10 rating across 33 reviews, this review does not reflect the experience of the vast majority of guests. Constructive feedback is welcome when communicated clearly and in real time.

This is a good place to stay with the family. The pool was nice and the house was clean. It was a little small for 6 people but that might just be because we are used to more space. The house was convenient to many restaurants and 10 minutes from the beach.

Nice house

Nice house. It's a quick 10 minute drive to the beach and close to shopping areas. Great salt-water pool and it has large bedrooms. There is also a great little public park about a 10 minute walk from the house. Lot's of good birds and other wildlife there. It can be a little loud during the day as it's on a rather busy corner. Otherwise, great accommodations at a good price.

Great host !! Very attentive! Pool lights were set to turn off at 10pm and they did I sent the host a email if he could turn them back on literally within 2-3 minutes the pool lights were back on and the fun continued ! Thank you so much for making my kids light !

Logan, the host was very helpful and readily available for any issue via Messenger on the app. He was quick to respond.The house was spacious for the family. This really is a hidden gem!

House is very comfortable and layed out great wtih plenty of room. It was nice having all adults sleeping in king beds, which is very rare. House had everything that we needed for our 3 plus week stay. Very convienent to the beaches and downtown Sarasota. Will definitely be back. Thanks Logan for hosting us.
