Africa Suite, right on the Alten Strom - family-friendly / modern / exclusive This suite is lovingly furnished and completely new and comfortably equipped: flat / cable TV (3-way), stereo radio / CD, and complete kitchenettes (ceramic hob, Oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, coffee machine, toaster, kettle etc.). Our Africa Suite offers you a very special flair combined with perfect comfort: spacious living / dining area with a beautiful seating area, three bedrooms * and two comfortable shower rooms.

You can enjoy the sun almost all day on the large roof terrace on the courtyard side. All in all: perfect for an unforgettable Baltic Sea vacation.

* The 3rd Bedroom (with 2 single beds) is then in the so-called "Bedouin tent", directly accessible from the apartment, heated and a special kind of living / sleeping experience.

The WiFi in Warnemünde is not perfect. We cannot offer streaming quality.

House Rules / Prices:
The above prices are calculated for a stay of up to 6 people and 7 seven nights incl. Final cleaning, bed linen, towels. (For all stays booked from August 2019!). You are also welcome to stay with us for fewer nights. In this case we charge a so-called short booking surcharge. We then differentiate between a surcharge of up to 2 nights and / or less than 7 nights. Children up to the age of 6 live with parents and grandparents free of charge. For each additional person we charge an amount of 15 euros / night / person (so-called extra bed). We have a limited number of private parking spaces at the house. If available, these cost 7 euros / night / car. We also name alternatives on request. General features are listed in the equipment features. T. in the house and not in every single apartment, which we would be happy to provide for your stay: DVD players / DVDs gg. Deposit to be collected from us in the office, cot / high chair one-time fee of 7 €, microwave on request. The WiFi in Warnemünde is not perfect. We cannot offer streaming quality. ________ We would be happy to make you a personal, individual offer. You can also view and query the prices directly on our website. Special conditions for long-term stays on request / VAT can be stated. Tourist tax in Warnemünde per day / € full price * HS 2.25 €, reduced 1.50 €, reduced price * NS 1.50 €, reduced 1.00 (HS = high season (May-Sep), NS = low season (Oct-Apr)) * The amount of the spa tax is calculated per night for the duration of your stay. Children up to 16 years do not pay spa tax. The discounts apply to pupils, trainees, students and the severely disabled

Die Unterkunft hat sämtliche Versprechungen aus dem Inserat erfüllt. Wir hatten ein tolles Apartment mit sehr geschmackvoller Einrichtung. Unsere Enkelkinder und wir haben sich sehr wohl gefühlt. Einziger Nachteil ist die Stellplatzsituation. Ansonsten alles super.

Versteck am Strom in Warnemünde

Wir waren mit der Ferienwohnung Afrika Suite sehr zufrieden.😀 Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, voll eingerichtet. Liegt direkt am Alten Strom, daher sehr zentral und ist sehr ruhig gelegen. Vorteil man kann Parkplätze direkt mit anmieten.

Sommerferien an der Ostsee

Sommerferien an der Ostsee und der Strand und auch die Promenade sind fussläufig. Wohnung ist gross genug, dass alle auch bei Regen genug Platz haben. Frische Brötchen und zahlreiche Restaurants gibts am Alten Strom. Vom Balkon kann man die Kreuzfahrtschiffe sehen. Sehr freundliches Servicepersonal!

Tolle Wohnung mitten in Warnemünde mit lauschiger Dachterrasse

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Woche! Die Whg. ist für 4 Erwachsene ausreichend dimensioniert, das 2. Badezimmer jedoch ein reines Gäste-WC mit winzigem Waschbecken und enger Dusche. Das Restaurant im Vorderhaus bietet anspruchsvolle Küche mit viel Fisch und Knoblauch - das riecht man ab 17 Uhr unweigerlich auf der Terrasse und bei geöffnetem Fenster. Man löst das Störgefügl auf, indem man dort essengeht 😉

Wunderbarer Kurztripp

Wir waren als Familie (2 Erwachsene und ein Kind) mit den Großeltern ein paar Tage in Warnemünde. Die Unterkunft, die Abwicklung, einfach alles war hervorragend. Man merkt die familiäre Atmosphäre und die Liebe zum Detail. Kann ich jedem nur weiterempfehlen.

Sehr schöne und gemütliche Ferienwohnung

Warnemünde ist immer eine Reise wert - egal zu welcher Jahreszeit. Und wenn man dann noch so eine schöne Ferienwohnung hat, wie wir sie hatten, ist die Erholung perfekt. Die Wohnung war sehr gemütlich, sehr sauber und alles war vorhanden, was man braucht. Sie ist zentral gelegen. Es ist nicht weit bis zum Strand bzw. zum Bahnhof. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr gut, das einchecken (kontaktloser Check-in) unkompliziert. Meine Freunde und ich werden definitiv dort wieder unseren Kurzurlaub machen, also wir kommen gerne wieder :)

„Zelt“ als 3. Schlafzimmer und Küchengeruch

Die Wohnung ist direkt über der Küche eines Restaurants gelegen und wir hatten dadurch unangenehmen Essengeruch in der Wohnung. In der Beschreibung steht zwar etwas von einem „Beduinen Zelt“, allerdings haben wir nicht damit gerechnet dass man tatsächlich in einem Pavillon auf der Terrasse der Wohnung schläft. Der Pavillon hat sich bei Sonnenschein stark aufgeheizt und hat keine Klimaanlage oder Ventilator integriert. Für diesen Preis der Ferienwohnung haben wir 3 vollwertige Schlafzimmer erwartet. Dies war nicht der Fall. Der Empfang und die Damen an der Reception waren nicht besonders freundlich und haben auf unsere Frage nach einem Ventilator keine Lösung gesucht. Ein weiteres Problem war die Dusche im großen Bad. Hier lief das Wasser durch einen Riss in der Duschwand auf den Boden.
