Welcome to "The Yacht Club" in Gulf Shores, Alabama. Situated just west of the Lagoon Pass in Gulf Shores, the yacht club is located in the Lagoon Pass neighborhood. The house is perfect for two families and has an open floor plan on all three levels, and sleeps a total of twenty. Upon entering this inviting and charming four bedroom, three and a half bathroom house, you will feel right at home and ready your vacation. The main entrance to the home is on the ground floor, along with a media room that has a sleeper sofa, mini-refrigerator, and 50” Roku TV. Just up the stairs, on the second level, you walk into a comfortable living room with sleeper sofa with 70” Roku TV, fully stocked kitchen with bar seating, laundry room with full size washer and dryer, half bathroom, master bedroom with king bed that sleeps two 50" Roku TV, and master bathroom with jetted tub and walk in shower, master closet has twin bunks (meant to sleep 2 kids). You can access the balcony from the living room for a view of Little Lagoon, or you can enjoy the balcony directly off the master bedroom for a glimpse of the Gulf of Mexico. On the third level, you will find two additional bedrooms that share a Jack and Jill full bath. Both bedrooms have balcony access directly from the bedrooms that offer gorgeous views of Little Lagoon and the Gulf of Mexico. The second bedroom has two full beds that sleep a total of four, and the balcony view is of the Lagoon Pass neighborhood and the Gulf of Mexico. The third bedroom is a great hang-out with a 50” Roku TV with a full-over-full bunk that sleeps four, twin trundle that sleeps one and a queen bed that sleeps two. The balcony views from this bedroom is of Little Lagoon. Lastly, from the third floor, you have access to another private suite that includes a second master bedroom with a king bed and connected bathroom with a shower/tub combination, a kitchenette, and private living area with a sleeper sofa and a 50” Roku TV. This second master suite can be accessed from either the inside of the home or by using its own private entrance and exit from the third floor balcony.

What is provided during your stay: Linens are provided, as well as a starter set of amenities that will typically last for the first 24 hours of your stay. The amenity starter pack includes the following items: one dishwasher detergent packet, one miniature bottle of dishwashing liquid soap, one roll of paper towels, one trash can liner in each trash can, one packet of powder laundry detergent, one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, one bath soap bar in each full bathroom, and one hand soap bar in each bathroom. Each property is set up with four bath towels, four washcloths, two hand towels, and one bath mat, per full bathroom. One hand towel is provided for each half bathroom. Sheets, pillowcases and quilts are provided for each bed in the property.
What we recommend you bring: Paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, hairdryer, napkins, condiments, spices, dishwashing liquid, laundry soap, coffee and coffee filters, beach towels, umbrella, beach toys, sunscreen, and anything else you may need for your perfect vacation.
Peace of Mind: This property is safe, sanitized, and ready for you! Rest assured guest's health and safety is our top priority. We use commercial grade sanitation products and change out quilts and shams in between each stay so you can enjoy your vacation without any worries. This property is monitored by 8 ring doorbell camera(s) with audio and video capabilities and it will be on during all reservations. The location of the ring doorbells are the following: front door, 2nd floor balcony door, three cameras in the carport, two cameras facing the pool, one camera facing the pool pump/AC, etc. The locations are posted in pictures online toward the end.
The primary guest booking is required to provide a copy of a government-issued photo ID, a selfie for identity verification, and a signed rental agreement. Renter must be 25 or older, present at check-in, and staying in the unit. No refunds for reservations made under false pretenses.
