"Norderney", 2-room apartment 35 m2, on the top floor. Stylish furnishings: living/dining room 15 m2 with satellite TV (flat screen), hi-fi system. Exit to the balcony. 1 room 7 m2 with 1 double bed (2 x 90 cm, length 200 cm). Kitchenette (oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine) with dining table. Shower/WC. Balcony 9 m2. Balcony furniture. Facilities: children's high chair (extra). Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm. The very small double room and the small bathroom are not suitable for elderly or mobility-impaired people.
