Zusammengewürfelte und teilweise beschädigte Einrichtung

Die Lage und die Größe des Objektes sind sehr positiv, jedoch ist die „Einrichtung“ ein lieblos zusammengewürfeltes Sammelsurium, welches durch diverse Defekte und Unsauberkeit getoppt wird. Die Visitenkarte des Reinigungsteams soll wohl ein Aufmerksamkeitserreger sein, jedoch scheint das Team keinerlei Ecken, Küchenutensilien und nicht ins Auge fallende Flächen regelmäßig zu kontrollieren und ggf. zu reinigen.

Zentral aber abgewohnt

Diw Wohnung liegt sehr zentral mit kurzen Wegen zum Strand und der Promenade. Für Lebensmitteleinkäufe benötigt man schon mehr Zeit, da in der Nähe keine Supermärkte sind. Die Wohnung macht auf den ersten Blick einen guten Eindruck aber später merkt man doch deutlich, dass sie abgewohnt ist und der Vermieter möglichst wenig investiert um das zu ändern.

Die Wohnung war für 5 personen 2 kinder uns 3 erwachsene super. Ein Problem waren u sere Fahrräder. Leider war in der Wohnungsbeschreibung kein Hinweis auf fehlende abstellmöglichkeite .Duschkopf im oberen bad gänzlich unbrauchbar.

Schöner Aufenthalt

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr gut gelegen. Die Sauberkeit war nicht ausreichend, die Fenster und ihr insbesondere die Fenstersprossen seit sehr langer nicht geputzt worden sind. Wir sind mit einem Baby angereist. Die Wohnung befindet sich in der 2. Etage und es war kein Abstellplatz für den Kinderwagen vorhanden. Die Betten waren in Ordnung. Allerdings haben die Betten Rollen, die nicht mehr festzustellen waren, so dass man damit wegrollen konnte.

Beste Lage und sehr schöne Wohnung

Die Wohnung befindet sich in perfekter Lage nur wenige Meter zum Strand. Sie ist komplett ausgestattet und hat sogar Spielzeug für die kleinen und spiele für die größeren. Es fehlt an nichts! Ein Tiefgaragenstellplatz (Hubparker) ist vorhanden. Handtücher und Bettwäsche gegen Aufpreis.

Gut aber...

Die Wohnung (Nr. 9) war im 2. OG Gut aufgeteilt mit 3 Schlafzimmern. Zwei davon im 3. OG über eine Wendeltreppe erreichbar, ebenso das zweite Bad. Es fehlte etwas an Gläsern ( nur 7 Stück), da Spülmaschine vorhanden und man diese nicht jeden Tag laufen lassen will, so muss man die Gläser mit der Hand aufspülen. Mehr Dachterrassenabdeckung wünschenswert, gerade bei nicht so tollem Wetter. WLAN wäre auch gut! Kein Internetzugang vorhanden. Das größte Defizit ist der Tiefgaragenstellplatz, dieser ist als Wippe ausgelegt und für ein Fahrzeug ( Van/VW Touran, oä.) nicht geeignet. Die Stellplatzsuche gestaltet sich dann schwierig. Ansonsten empfehlenswerte Wohnung, da sehr nahe zur Strandmeile.
