Quiet location

The well-kept residential complex in which the apartment is located, is located about 1500 m from the center and the beach. Here you will find peace away from the hustle and bustle, yet you can reach the center in about 15 minutes. The train station and shopping are just around the corner. Perfect for a journey by train!

2 rooms with separate sleeping area, balcony and kitchen can accommodate 4 guests. Floor-to-ceiling windows in the living room provide a bright and friendly atmosphere throughout the day. From here you reach the furnished, south-west facing balcony. The separate bedroom has a comfortable double bed (1.60 width) and a large wardrobe with plenty of storage space. In the living area you have a high-quality couch with sleeping function (1.40 width) available. The open kitchen with adjoining dining area is fully equipped and thus creates optimal conditions for a cooking evening. The modern bathroom has a shower and toilet.

For evening entertainment there is a large LCD TV with cable and DVD player. Wi-Fi access and a stereo with iPod connection complete the offer.

Ungenügend

Unangenehmer Geruch im ganzen Haus, Dauermieter ist Kettenraucher, Gestank zog durch Eingangstür, durch die Balkontür, fast ununterbrochen, wurden um 06.00 h durch Verkehrdlärm der nahegelegenen Bundesstraße und dem Nikotingestank geweckt. Am 1. Tag zusätzlich Baustellenlärm und stundenlangen Dieselgestank vom laufenden Motor des Arbeits-LKW..Wenn man zurück in die Wohnung kam hat zusätzlich zuden anderen Grüchen es nach Tier gerochen. Dieses wurde der Agentur mitgeteilt, alle Negativ- Punkte waren bekannt, es wurde mit den Worten abgetan: Wenn Sie das nächste Mal bei uns buchen, suchen wir Ihne etwas Schönes aus. Ich glaube nicht, dass wir über fieses Portal noch einmal buchen. Der Mietpreis war nicht berechtigt.

Weniger als erhofft

Wir hatten uns sehr auf unseren Aufenthalt gefreut. Die Schlüsselübergabe hat gut geklappt. Die Tiefgarage ist sehr praktisch und angenehm. Die Wohnung liegt an einer Hauptstrasse und durch eine aktuelle Baustelle direkt unter dem Balkon war es leider sehr laut und der Balkon nicht zu nutzen. Durch die gegenüberliegende Wurstfabrik ist permanent ein widerlicher Geruch in der Luft, man vermeidet automatisch das lüften. Dies ist aber dringend nötig, die Wohnung ist extrem warm. Für einen längeren Aufenthalt ist die Wohnung nicht geeignet, wir waren 3 Personen und es war sehr beengt. Leider gibt es ungenügend bequeme Sitzmöbel, die Küchenstühle sind total unbequem. Das Bad ist recht klein, die Spülung geht beschwerlich, aber es gibt viel Abstellfläche. Der Kleiderschrank ist schön gross und es gibt ausreichend sehr bequeme Kissen und Decken. Das Bett ist bequem, die Schlafcouch auch. Zum Zentrum und Strand läuft man ca 15 min. Wir waren recht enttäuscht von der Wohnung und würden sie auf keinen Fall nochmal wählen.

Im großen und ganzen alles super

Ein schönes Objekt. Super das es einen Tiefgaragen Stellplatz gibt. Das Bett könnte etwas größer sein. Es hätte etwas sauberer sein können,aber das haben wir dann vor Ort selbst noch nach gereinigt. Wir würden aufjedenfall wieder kommen:-)
