About this property

Perfect little cabin nestled on the South Holston River on 6 acres of land with approximately 400 feet of private river frontage. Terrific for anglers who like to wade fish, or float. A fishing boat or kayak can be easily launched from the cottage. Also great for couples looking for a getaway. Private setting, cozy cabin with gas logs. This property is offered by Tailwaters Lodge and is located on it's own private river frontage approximately 1/4 mile downstream from Tailwaters Lodge. (Fisherman, please note that this section of the river is closed to fishing from Nov. 1st through Jan. 31st for spawning season of brown trout.)

River Rose Cottage

Very relaxing stay! Caught plenty of trout, and explored Bristol TN! Would recommend for any small group who likes to fish but also wants other entertainment options!

Cozy Cottage

We had a great stay at the cottage. Our personal chef service was the highlight! The property is beautiful and we loved the farmhouse style design and decor.

Quiet Retreat

This cottage so quiet and peaceful. It was immaculately clean and just as described. We came to Bristol to attend the races but wanted to be able to relax when not at the races. It was perfect for that as it was only 10 minutes from the BMS. We throughly enjoyed our time there. Only one note: the claw foot tub was challenging for us older adults. But it was worth the rest and relaxation we got.
