Ground floor: Living room / bedroom with 2 additional beds at couch/sofa, lounge, dinette and TV. The dinette offers space for 6 persons. You have access to the terrace with garden furniture, 1 table and 6 chairs. Bedroom with 1 double bed. Kitchen with dishwasher, gas stove (4 burners), refrigerator, microwave and coffee machine.
1st floor: Bedroom with 2 single beds. Bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 baby bed. You have access to the balcony with garden furniture, 1 table and 2 chairs. Bathroom with shower, WC and washing machine.
In addition, your holiday house is equipped with WLAN- internet access and washing machine. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite.


Location
Bibione, district Spiaggia. The holiday home is located on an enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers, and trees, bordered by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. The plot has a lawn at the front and is paved at the back. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 1 car) on the property.
