Perfect spot

My son and I stayed for a competitive swim meet weekend and it was the perfect spot! Clean, close to the pool, comfortable beds and the host was amazing with all the goodies and super responsive to our needs! Highly recommend!!

Amazing weekend

I thourghly enjoyed my stay here. The location is amazing. It was so peaceful I got so much rest. And well the apt was just amazing I lived the shower and all small touches that the host had done for you. Oh and the communication was outstanding

Perfect location for a relaxing weekend

Met two other former college roommates here for a long weekend since Athens was a central location for us. This VRBO was perfect - so nice and plush with every little detail thought out for our comfort! Location was great for downtown shops and restaurants and 10-20 minutes away from several other shopping and dining opportunities. Host was so thoughtful and accommodating. This is where you want to stay in Athens!;)

Best VBRO Ever!

I have rented dozens of VBRO places and thist was by far one of the best. Fantastic apartment, clean, tons of amenities, great communication and fantastic location for Athens. Incredible place to stay! So clean, stocked with the best supplies, extremely comfortable beds, clean and updated! So close to the UGA campus with security gates! Excellent place with lots of amenities.

The location of the condo is a few minutes from downtown Athens by car. The owners upgraded the condo so it's very modern on the inside. The owners leave lots of amenities for guests that I read from others, and we were not disappointed. The owners were very communicative, and generous with all the items that guests can use. We would definitely stay here in the future. Thank you so much!

A Pleasant Surprise

We really enjoyed staying in this pretty, clean, comfortable apartment. From the outside, we were expecting very plain accommodations, but were delighted to find the apartment itself had been totally and tastefully renovated and their were little luxurious touches everywhere -- like a big walk in shower and fluffy towels! As a plus, the host(ess) was quite generous wiht snacks and toilety products. We do recommend happily. But be warned: there are 3 flights of stairs. We are a fit senior couple and did ok, but folks with mobility issues probably could not swing it. All in all, though, a great bargain and practically next door to everything you will need .

Perfect Athens Experience

This property was beautiful, with all the upgrades you would never know you were in an older complex! And all the extra goodies you left were such a surprise (snacks, water, and toiletries)!We met in Athens with my cousin and her husband, who came up from Florida, to spend time together and take them to their first UGA game (her son goes to UGA). This was a perfect spot. We were close enough to walk to the Stadium (and we are all 50+). We Ubered down town and to a local sports bar, making the weekend a great Athens experience for us all and gave us a chance to relax and enjoy our visit. The only suggestion I could make is a couple of more towels and washcloths and maybe a full length mirror (so we girls can check our outfits before we leave). Can’t wait to get on the schedule for Dawg season next year!!!

Great Rental and Location

We went to Athens because my grandson was playing in a golf tournament at UGA. The location was 8 minutes away from the course and close to restaurants and shopping. The rental was very clean and loaded with toiletries and food accessories. I grilled a couple of times on the grills at the complex and we cooked once in the kitchen. Beds were comfortable and check in and check out were easy peasy. The owners were very responsive to any questions. We are heading back in a few weeks for another tournament and might rent again.
