We loved our stay here! The location was great! We were close to public transport but could take our car when we wanted. The house was clean and comfortable and the host was very nice and welcoming when we got there. The accommodations were even better than we expected. Had a great stay here! Had a little issue at check in, and Frankie immediately responded to my phone call. Considering the quick response and resolution, I wouldn't hesitate to stay at any of his properties again! Nice location and definitely take him up on his restaurant recommendations... we tried out Jac's for breakfast and it was phenomenal and by far the least expensive meal on our entire trip. The house is a bit ran down in areas and doesn't feel super secure, but it is overall a very cool home, clean linens and bathroom and plenty of space. The beds were also very comfortable! We would stay here again if I'm Boston. Thanks!

Perfect location

We used this property as both a hangout and home base for day trips to Portland, Maine, Salem, Boston, and Nahant. It was a quick drive to the airport and we enjoyed the neighborhood. Picked up groceries at Winthrop Market, and enjoyed food from Nick’s Place and Odyssey.
