Rental comes with everything that you need to make your stay comfy and cozy. Home is extremely clean, well furnished with large backyard. The deck overlooking the spacious yard is especially relaxing. We offer Wifi and Roku tv; stream tv shows and music. Located 10 minutes to uptown Charlotte, NC Music Factory, Camp North End & Noda District. Approximately 15 minutes away from Concord Motor Speedway & Charlotte Douglas Airport. But please, no parties. The neighborhood is too relaxing for that😊

Bright, spacious with updated appliances, kitchen,cleaning supplies available. Bathrooms updated need exhaust fans. Master bedroom need secure chair vs stool safety ,small rugs in bathrooms sliding on floor increases risk of falls. Lots of compliments from guests, enjoyed my vacation nice renovation

Newly updated house

We stayed for a 3 day trip and had a nice time. It was close to the attractions in Charlotte. The interior was all new finishing sand furniture. The towels were very luxurious and the beds were extremely comfortable.

I love my quiet neighborhood. Sitting on my deck and watching the birds fly about is so relaxing.

What makes this property unique

My home as a wonderful place to relax. However if you what to spend your vacation cooking, my beautiful kitchen with the 8 foot island makes it a cooks dream. If you would like to drive here and meet your friends, we have room in our driveway for about 8 cars.
