Very old but renovated town house with some issues
The property is in a very run down neighborhood. Diverse is not what I think of with this area. Most of the houses have broken windows and junk piled up on their porches. There were large groups of people hanging outside their houses blasting music later at night.
When going into the Town house we felt it was clean and nicely decorated. The couch had crumbs on it and a fowl oder. We vacuumed the couch and that helped somewhat.
When entering the town house the last night of our stay we saw a large rodent jump off the couch and run down the hall into the bathroom. After searching, we discovered a hole under the sink that the rodent went into.
We were not comfortable staying in this rental after seeing the rodent so we packed up and left.
The owner of the property was apologetic and refunded our last night.

1. waze couldn't find it, property wasn't labeled
2. neighborhood didn't seem safe, had legit concerns about safety but thankfully everything went ok, actually nice neighbor across the street
2. property advertised to be able to accommodate 12, we were 9 , table had room for 7, only one shower, and we were charged for extra guests.. !
3. floors were very dirty despite no shoe policy, all our feet were black.. there goes the cleaning fee
4. decorations, renovation.. were really great
5. otherwise everything went smoothly, all electronics, washing machines, etc worked well..
owner nice and responsive .. i hope they get a different cleaning service ..
Convenient location for my family, very nice house, very nice artwork throughout the house, plenty dishes and pots and pans. Even the seasonings were plentiful, the only thing not working was the fireplace.
