Honestly phenomenal! We stayed here for the Aftershock festival and it was everything we wanted and more. Close enough to the tram to walk and lovely neighborhood. Definitely looking into booking here again next year. Bed was comfortable and kitchen was so nice!
This was a great place to stay for a few nights. The unit was very clean, cozy, and comfortable. Walking distance to historic downtown and easy access to bike trails. Host responded promptly to all our questions and requests. Would definitely stay here again!
Amber and John were excellent hosts. The guest house was sparkling clean, comfortable, and quiet. Charming old town Folsom and outdoor activities surrounding the American River and Lake Natoma were just steps away!Great fun.
This was the perfectly equipped stay in Old Town. Communication with the host was super simple and timely. Check in and out were smooth and the very clean accommodations met our needs. The location is perfect for restaurants and walking trails. We’re regulars in Folsom and so glad we discovered this gem. We’ll definitely check availability for next time we’re in town!
Amber is a wonderful host. She quickly responded to any questions, and generously extended my stay due to my family’s situation. I was sad to leave this sweet place, but I will return! Thank you Amber!
Excellent location to downtown Historic Folsom. Well stocked and clean. The owners made us feel welcome by all the details that provided a cozy atmosphere. Plan to stay again when we are in town.
Listing was as wonderful as advertised, quick walk to Sutter St. Beautiful home with everything needed for great stay. Owners were very friendly and communicative, and were very accommodating in finding time for our family to meet Winnie the Pig. Will definitely look here first for next visit to Folsom.
