Maison de Caractère à Saint-nectaire

Welcome to Villa Claudy, a former hotel converted into a family home.

The house is located in the upper (and sunny) part of the village of Saint-Nectaire, in the heart of the Auvergne volcanoes and a few steps from the beautiful Romanesque church that crowns Mount Cornadore.

You will stay in a house composed of 5 bedrooms with double bed and a 4-bed dormitory that can accommodate up to 8 people.

The basement of the house is composed of a double bedroom with direct access to a small garden furniture located on the lower terrace.

You can also access this terrace which also has a petanque court (remember to take your boules) through an independent door located at the bottom of the stairs.

Level 0 is composed of the kitchen, the dining room, the living room and the first terrace (garden table and chairs for 12 people + brazier available)

On the 1st floor there is a bathroom with toilet and 3 double bedrooms, one of which also serves as access to the dormitory.

Finally, on the second floor you will find a double bedroom and a bathroom + WC.

For the little ones, you will have at your disposal a cot with mattress, a travel cot, a baby bath, a changing table, a high chair and adapted cutlery.

The kitchen is equipped with a 4-burner gas stove + oven, a fridge, a dishwasher and other small equipment (microwave, coffee maker and Senseo, kettle, toaster, raclette machine, fondue set).

You will have access to the laundry room which has a washing machine, dryer and a second fridge. PGJyPg
Bed linen and towels are NOT provided. Possibility of rental on request.

Finally, as the house is very large and you do not come to do 4 hours of cleaning, the cleaning package is systematically included in the price.
