The spacious villa includes a Tiki Umbrellas over looking the water, pool-spa, gas grill, outdoor lanai with a TV & a pool table in the bar room. Enjoy gorgeous sunsets from our beautiful dock for great boating or just relax & sunbathe. Take your boat out to the Gulf waters & enjoy wide canal with immediate direct water access. This home is centrally located in Old Marco & within walking distance to some of Marco's best bar/restaurants including Snook Inn, The Boardroom, Davide's, Marco Pub, Marek's, Mario's, Sandbar & more. Pool heater is available per request for an additional fee.

Spring break in paradise!

We absolutely loved our stay in this home for our family spring break! ! It was the most relaxing vacation. The house is gorgeous, clean, all amenities top notch, and the pool and spa made it the ultimate! It was a super quiet and beautiful location which was just what we were looking for. We enjoyed food options and Tigertail beach being so close by! The owners were fantastic. We would definitely stay here again!

Winter ‘23 Florida Trip

Excellent property! Great location for boating. We enjoyed the heated pool and outdoor spaces. House was well supplied with all the things we needed for meal preps and also for beach visits. Our family also had a good time playing pool and Marco Island Monopoly. 🤗 Ever was amazing at communicating with us and making sure our stay was a good one.

This home is fabulous!

My husband and I, as well as another couple, stayed at this home for a week. When we walked in the door we were in awe of how beautiful the home was as well as the pool/spa, tiki hut and lower deck on the water. It truly was amazing, the house has recently been renovated and they did a superior job in decorating and making sure all of the homes features were high end. We had the excitement of watching a dolphin swim down the channel behind the house when we were sitting on the dock! All I can say is that we loved this house and are already planning another vacation next year.

Best place we have ever stayed

This property has it all. Close to all the restaurants and beaches. The pool was the best pool we have been in and the view is incredible. We had the best time just relaxing and enjoying the views from the pier and the tiki hut bar. The master bath is out of this world. We all had a great time.

Great Stay and Experience

The house itself was exactly as advertised. Very clean and spacious. The high ceilings make it feel even larger. The check-in process was smooth and it was really helpful to get a 10-min walk-through and orientation of the house. We were looking for a place with a pool, outdoor grill, and close to amenities - like grocery store, small shops, and the beach. Morning coffees on the dock - afternoon drinks- was an added feature we never imagined beforehand, but amazing to have. The owner was accommodating of our pre-booking questions and very helpful throughout. The house managers were always just a text away if we had questions, which was seldom. Everyone involved was nice. We would definitely stay here again.
