Relax and unwind or explore downtown Indianapolis in our newly renovated 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom luxurious & cozy retreat! Sleeping arrangements for 6 make this the place to share with friends or family. Plenty of space for hanging out and relaxing. In addition to the 3 bedrooms, you have a living room and kitchen downstairs, with the family room & extra study/chill room if you need to work with high speed WiFi. There are large flat screen smart TVs in the family room and master bedroom with access to Hulu, Disney Plus, ESPN & ESPN Plus or log into your favorites streaming services like Netflix and the like!!

The house was well renovated and clean. Check-in was smooth and easy.Just beware, the house is located right off the interstate ramp. The noise from the road took some adjusting. Anyone not acclimated to urban neighborhoods might consider the neighborhood sketch, but we had zero issues.

The home was great, clean, and felt comfortable! There was a 500 security deposit and contract that was shared in addition to VRBO which I didn’t expect but full transparency I might have overlooked this when I read the property description. The deposit and contract was an easy step/process.

It is very old - the stairs are very narrow and dangerous. There is no bathroom upstairs and it is in a questionable part of town. Only upside is it is close to a lot of business related venues.

If you need a roomy house for your DCI Finals week... this place is the absolute best! The property is only a short walk from the south lots. Plus ride share is under 10. The airport is a short 20 minute drive as the ramp for 70 West is immediately next to the house. There's a new convenience store a block away. The house itself is at the end of a street with plenty of parking and no traffic. Even though the interstate is immediately next to the house, it was very quiet at night. The rooms are very sizable with high ceilings on the first floor. Beds are newer memory foam and very comfy. The original wood floors are amazing and well kept. The washer and dryer provided are huge capacity. There are also a plenty of kitchen supplies to prepare meals. A full size refrigerator is also provided. Full size oven, microwave, 4 slot toaster, and a k-cup/filter coffee brewer made for great mornings. The hosts are great communicators and responded immediately to questions. The internet provided is high speed and handled all of our devices plus TV streaming.

We came to Indianapolis to see the Fever play. The house was very nice and clean. The location was perfect. Quick Uber to the game! The neighbors were friendly. We would stay again next time we come to see Fever play!

Sweet Spot in the Shadow of Lucas Oil Field

A quick scooter ride away from the Convention center. Two blocks from Lucas Oil Stadium. Convenient location. The neighbors are all super friendly. Would stay again for sure.

Great house. Convenient location

We were visiting our son, his wife, and new grandson who live near downtown Indy, and this house worked very well for us to host a Thanksgiving dinner for our newly expanded family. Check in was a breeze. House was extra clean and smartly decorated. Everything very close to downtown. B would book again

Great location to Downtown

We were in town for a football game at Lucas Oil Stadium. The location of the property was walking distance to the stadium. Also a very short uber ride to downtown area. House was very clean and plenty big for our group. Communication with the host was excellent. Definetly a good place stay if you are visiting Indianapolis.

Great stay for a family

The house was surprisingly roomy and beautiful inside. There was enough room to fit our whole group and not feel like we were on top of each other. The fact that there was provided shampoo and conditioner was a great touch since we forgot ours. The stairs are tight and steep so just be warned of that. However all the amazing little details made it worth coming back to.

Overall was good. The bathroom situation with none on second floor was disappointing. Not a place to walk around or hang out outside. Served the purpose. Would have preferred a door on the bathroom and. Tv in a main area on 1st floor.

The house overlooks south side of I-70, it was spacious & comfortable. Wish checkin was at 3 pm instead of 4pm. and 10 am check-out meant we had to find places to spend time after / before flights. But all in all we were pleased.

Fully stocked, comfy house

The house is comfortable for our family of four to stay in. My 17+ years old kids each has a room of his/her own upstairs so they can have privacy. My husband and I stayed downstairs. We did not need to buy _anything_ for our stay, unlike our previous stays in other places. Location is very short drive to downtown. Restaurants and coffee places is less than 10 minutes drive away.

Overall this is a nice house with plenty of room and centrally located but the service from the owner was less than acceptable. There was no coffee and no laundry detergent, which isn’t a big deal but never responded to inquiries. What really isn’t acceptable is that the thermostat defaulted to 60 every hour. So you could turn the heat up but every hour, it would turn back down to 60. So both nights, we ended up very cold when we woke up. When asked about it; again, no response. Disappointing because the actual house was pleasant.

Great house

Very clean, responsive manager, everything we needed. Location is hard to get in and out of, don't think about walking anywhere, and not a great neighborhood. Pictures are a little deceptive - there is no backyard to speak of, and what is there is not fenced. That was a disappointment since we have small children.
