It is located on the edge of the coastal path, in a 100% natural hydilic setting, quiet, with a unique location in Saint Brevin l'océan.
This bright Villa has been completely renovated and can comfortably accommodate 6 people.
Come and spend a wonderful holiday enjoying the landscaped garden, relax in the swimming pool, play sports or just rest...

The Villa is composed of 2 spaces:

Upstairs, large bright living room with a beautiful open and fitted kitchen, a living room with fireplace, a dining room and access to a large terrace. This space will be air-conditioned for spring 2027. From the terrace, equipped for meals (table and chairs), magnificent view of the forest and partially of the sea with the sound of the waves in the background...
The ground floor also has a spacious bedroom with a high-end bed (180 x 200 cm), a recent bathroom and a separate toilet. This room will be air-conditioned for spring 2027.

On the ground floor, there are 2 more bedrooms:

- a small bedroom with a double bed (140 x 200 cm) and garden view (fan available)
- a large bright bedroom with 1 double bed (160 X 200cm) divisible to create 2 independent beds. This room has direct access to the veranda and the garden. (Fan available).

Also on the ground floor of the villa, there is another living room furnished with a comfortable sofa and direct access to the garden, a spacious yoga room, a recent shower room, a separate toilet. Direct access to the garden and pool via the veranda.

A laundry room (washing machine, dryer, large sink) is also available in the house.
Car parking is possible under the carport, in front of the house or on the street without any problem.
The carport has an external socket for charging a small electric car. Ultra-fast charging stations are available at the supermarkets near the house).

The garden, fully enclosed, is beautifully planted with holm oaks, mimosa trees and shrubs, ideal for recharging your batteries and enjoying the sound of the waves and the singing of birds, many of which are in the garden and the forest.
On the sea side, the garden is planted with local and adapted species (lavender, palm tree, cordyline, wild iris, laurel...) and laid out as a terrace for total relaxation and beautiful evenings: large dining table, sunbeds, cosy lounge, large parasols...

The outdoor kitchen has a worktop, a sink, a gas barbecue for your grills...
To enhance your dishes, a herb garden is also at your disposal: thyme, rosemary, mint, marjoram...

A shallow pool allows you to cool off and swim a few laps. It closes with a roller shutter but does not have an alarm system. In season, it is maintained weekly by a piccinist. Beach and pool towels are not provided, please remember to bring them.

We live in this house all year round, please respect it, respect the established rules and our privacy.

Child:
This 2-storey house, with open staircase, is not suitable for children under 8 years old.
The swimming pool, shallow, closes with a curtain/blind but is not equipped with gates or alarm system.

Wifi:
Available throughout the house. (Starlink broadband).

Where is the accommodation located:

Nestled between the Loire and the ocean, Saint-Brevin is a family, sporty and friendly destination in an environment of a thousand colours and magnificent sandy beaches.

The house is located at the beach of the hermitage, famous for its surf spot (school every day in season) and its kite-surfing spot on windy days.
The Pierre Attelée forest is very close and accessible on foot (no cars in this area) as well as the coastal path (direct access from the villa), the beaches...

2.4 km from the house, in the city centre of Brevin l'océan, you will find everything you need (1/2 hour on foot, 10 minutes by bike and 5 minutes by car):
Mini-market, bars and restaurants, shops, beautiful market on Saturday mornings.
Bike rental, rosalie, children's games, free activities and events in season.
Casino with games room, SPA, restaurant, hotel and bar with a nice terrace.
Kite rental-surfing, sand yachting, surfing...

5 km away is the town centre of Saint Brevin les pins (15 minutes by bike and 10 minutes by car):
Supermarket, bakeries, restaurants, various shops, church.
market on Thursday and Sunday (one of the largest markets in the region)

1 large towel and a medium towel per person. We do not provide beach and pool towels, remember to bring them.
