Recent house (2013) 10 minutes by bike from the beaches and the city center in a quiet housing estate for weekly rental (last 2 weeks in July), ideal for summer holidays (swimming pool, terrace with sunbathing, barbecue, etc.) ....)
It includes a kitchen, a large living room and 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a garage and a garden
Facing south and sheltered the terrace allows you to have lunch outside
The pool is heated to 28 degrees

Perfect stay on lovely Noirmoutier

We loved this house and the island! The hosts are so helpful and welcoming. The house is beautiful - spacious, light, comfortable and well equipped. The pool is a bonus too. The location is ideal for cycling into town to to the beaches. We hope to return soon!

Very relaxing family holiday

We had a very pleasant family holiday at no.10 which was comfortable and well equipped. The open plan design was perfect, connecting the living / dining area to the pool and a beautiful small garden. Philippe was an excellent host explaining everything well and ensuring the pool was heated nicely for my grandchildren (25 degrees centigrade rising to 27 at the end of the day). It was also nice being equidistant between the town and the beaches as cycling ( bikes provided) to either was ten minutes.

Maison très agréable

Maison moderne très bien agencée, à proximité des commerces et des plages. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et très disponibles pour nous donner les informations et les conseils nécessaires au bon déroulement de notre séjour.
