Lake Charlevoix lakefront home in Boyne City, short drive or bike to downtown. The home has plenty of room for the family and extended family. First room has two queens, second has two sets of bunkbeds, third has a king bed and fourth has a king. Large, fully stocked kitchen. Two and a half bathrooms, all recently remodeled. Deck overlooking expansive views of the lake. The lakefront sits across Lakeshore dr.and has a deck off the dock for seating on the water. Hoist available for boat 23' or less. Larger boats can rent a slip at close by Harborage or Sommerset Marinas. Still great summer availability.

Needs a lot of work.

Overall great time. House needs a lot of work. Doors didn’t close or open properly. Bathroom showers antiquated. Had serious slip and fall in shower, fortunately just a bruise or two. Tub mats slip around. Dangerous. Kitchen needs updated. Seriously old appliances. Overall had a good time due to family get together. House condition was no where near what we expected from the pics. Would not rent again. Too expensive for what we got.

It's a very nice home with all the important amenities and fully stocked with items to made it very comfortable. The outdoor living furniture, portable chairs, coolers and beach wagon made trips to the lake very easy. We really appreciated and used the new Webber gas grill a lot. It was a pleasure to work with Nancy our rental agent, she made the process very easy.

Wonderful week

We had a wonderful week at the property. There was plenty of space for our large blended family and our cars. We were able to hook out jet ski up to the mooring buoy. The nights on the deck were beautiful and the fire pit added a great place for s'mores! We have been bouncing from rental to rental over the past few years but this is DEFINITELY one we will come back to! We had a minor issue with one of the ceiling fans but the management company was on top of it as soon as we reported it. The communication with them was very professional and courteous, the handy man was also wonderful to work with.
