Loft at Playa Los Muertos ideal for two; just half a block and surrounded by restaurants, shopping, entertainment and more; very comfortable facilities including dining terrace by the balcony to see the sea and the street; for days, weeks and month

The space
My lovely loft is a vast space, open plan with kitchen, a bed for two; indoor dining and lounge terrace beside the balcony, a cozy living room, Plasma screen, bathroom is equipped with towels and amenities for your comfortable stay.
In the living room there is a smart plasma flat screen, with high speed wifi internet so that guests can access any streaming platform to which they are subscribed: Netflix, Hulu, Fox News, HBO Go, etc…

My loft is cozy, quiet atmosphere it breathes, it is very light and airy and filled with pieces of another era, rustic and earthy colors that relax the atmosphere; ideal getaway and disconnect from the mundane to come to the beach. Welcome!

Guest access
Essential services has WiFi, tv, electricity gas and water included; and monthly stays we include weekly cleaning with change of sheets and towels; although it is always available on request nominal fee for any stay.

Guests, parties or events are not allowed, smoking is not allowed inside the apartment, keep in mind that smoking inside the apartment will carry an extra charge of $ 150 USD; pets are allowed in many cases, but may be subject to an additional cost. Please ask if this is your case.

Vallarta is a lively city, in full growth and you could find works near the property, Restaurants and bars with the inconveniences that this entails; our prices will have already been adjusted if it were the case.

The loss of the key implies the total change of the locks at a cost of $ 100 USD at your expense.

Bed was not comfortable at all and they made me paid extra 50 dollars for and air mattress, properly had no glass windows or AC, and they ask us not to use a lot of electricity because I will be charge extra, not happy at all for all the money I paid

Location is fabulous!

This place is all about location. Romantic zone 30 seconds to beach, many options for great restaurants. The apartment is comfortable and very secure! Little balcony share with 2 other apartments has ocean view! Will stay again!

Perfect location. Live like a local

This apartment has unique and quirky decor and the best part is the lighting. Lots of options to make it a relaxed and welcoming place to enjoy the evening. And the location can’t be beat. Just steps from the beach on a block with everything you need (nice little market, coffee shop, health food restaurant, late night convenience stores, etc...) And a close walk to everything else. The bed is quite firm. But I’d totally stay here again.
