Take that long-awaited ski vacation you have been looking forward to and find yourself close to the lifts in Elkhorn Villiage when you make Valley Gem your home away from home. With Dollar Mountain just a half-mile down the road and Sun Valley Ski Resort just four and a half miles away, you'll have world-class skiing practically at your doorstep! Inside, you will find a cozy layout and mountain decor throughout that will welcome you with comfortable furnishings and all of the comforts of home. Before heading out for a full day of fun, bring a cup of coffee made in the kitchenette, out to the private deck, and look out to the flowing water running behind the property. The deck is furnished with a bistro table for alfresco dining during the warmer months.

This home enjoys a park-like setting. Summer guests can take advantage of premier fly fishing, as well as the many hiking trails nearby, and there are extensive hiking and biking trail systems just a short drive away in the Sun Valley area. Not only that, but the complex also features a modern seasonal pool and hot tub. You'll find tennis and pickleball as well. When it is time to settle down, there is a TV in the living area and bedroom and free WiFi to keep everyone entertained as the stars come out. Valley Gem Lower may be rented with Valley Gem Upper as Valley Gem (Entire Home) to accommodate seven people (MAX).

Things to Know
You are not allowed to park trailers or RVs due to the small parking lot. A 4x4 or AWD vehicle may be required to reach this condo in winter.
Elkhorn Amenities available on Seasonal Basis. Elkhorn and Harker Center Pools are closed mid September through end of November and mid April until Memorial Day.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
