A few clarifications on your points: The listing description and photos never promised a washer, dryer, or dishwasher, and there isn't one on the property. The unit is well lit — the bathroom alone has six lights. Missing or burned-out bulbs are usually because guests remove them for their own comfort. We try to replace them at every turnover, but with our high turnover, one occasionally gets missed or overlooked while we're making sure the unit is clean and ready for the next guest. We did address the two office outlets missing their switch plates. The entry lock is an electronic lockbox — entering the wrong code locks it out, which is a safety feature, not a malfunction. The interior is not in poor condition — it is an older home with charm, it looked exactly as pictured, and it was clean — and we're glad you found the location excellent.
