Good and bad

The room was fine, however I chose it because said "Amazing Waterfront Room" IN this room, but there was not. ADA room ramp up quite long and rather steep for me, the door wouldn't open and had to go down 2 long ramps to get to restaurant for help. Then back up and I was hurting terribly. Took 20 min at least for gal to get a new code working to open the door. Back down to restaurant, which I thought was full menu but only pizza, which I can't eat - so back up. When back from eating, a couple coming down ramp were furious. Had already been in room but now door code wouldn't work. I was very worried about arriving to motel late, code not working, and no one to help. I couldn't find a phone number to call. The extra trips up and down the ramps were a killer on my back, making it difficult to enjoy the next couple of days. No view and ramp should be noted! Cheryl Elkins
