Welcome to Modern Mountain Luxury in Ellijay, Ga nestled in the Blue Ridge Mountains! This cabin is proudly offered by the boutique property management company "Mountain Vibe Vacations".

Watersong Falls is a peaceful custom home located in the reclaimed new development Watersong. This property is perfect for guests looking for a stylish retreat away from the city with all the comforts of home. While many people come to the area to drive and hike to a waterfall, we have a massive rushing waterfall on our property that can be viewed from inside the cabin, out on the 2 large screened-in porches, or from the patio/fire pit/hot tub area!

This cabin was perfect for our trip to the mountains. The waterfall views were amazing! There was plenty of space for our party of 11 and the house was very clean and well stocked. We will definitely be back!

Amazing cabin.

This place was absolutely amazing. The pictures don’t do it Justice. As soon as you walk through the front door you are met with beautiful views of the waterfall. The entire house was perfect.

Wonderful spring break

We e had a lovely stay here for spring break. The creek out back was a huge hit with my kids, while the beautiful porches and hot tub were perfection for the adults. We had a few very minor things come up during our stay and the host was so prompt and pleasant making everything just right for us. The house is really beautiful and close to so many things. We’re already discussing when we can stay here next.

Annual getaway

This was my second stay at the property. My friend's and I had a terrific time. The home is spacious, clean, and professionally decorated. The view of the waterfall is spectacular. We plan to return again next year.

Love this house

Great house and locale. We loved the equipped kitchen and the porches. Would definitely stay here over and over. Also, we enjoyed the lights on the waterfall at night. Amazing. :)

Fell in LOVE with this property as soon as we walked in the door!! It got even better once we opened the doors to the back view and sounds of the constant rushing waterfall!! We had all ages there and EVERYONE had a GREAT time!! Already looking into a 2nd visit!

30th Anniversary

My husband and I stayed for 5 nights for our 30th anniversary and we could not of been happier! The cabin is absolutely gorgeous and very functional, the waterfall behind the cabin is breathtaking and the sound of the water is so relaxing ! When we left this morning, there was a beautiful deer standing in the yard , what better way to send us off ! Looking forward to another visit , 5 star review for us !

Friends Weekend

We enjoyed a lovely fall weekend at this beautiful home. Everything was perfect. There was plenty of room for all 6 of us. We loved cooking together in the open kitchen. Loved listening to the waterfall while we relaxed at the firepit. Would definitely return one day. Thank you

Georgia family trip.

Great property. Pictures and details do not do this justice. Family of 12 had plenty of room and personal space. Owners thought of everything. Weather was extremely hot but place had great ac. Plenty of TV’s, pool table . It was fantastic. First time in Georgia did not disappoint.

Amazing family vacation!!

The listing for this cabin is spot on!! Walking outside and hearing a waterfall day and night was like a dream. The pictures of the cabin are right on too. Everything was so nice. Our family had a great time playing pool and enjoying nightly fires in the fire pit. They gave us enough wood for 2 nights and that was perfect for our stay. I asked many questions about the area before and during our stay and always got a quick response. I can totally see us coming back.

Perfect Place for a Gathering of Friends

We met up with college friends for a three-night reunion at beautiful Watersong Falls. It was the perfect location - just a few minutes from the town of Ellijay, convenient to grocery stores, several great thrift stores, and lots of wonderful downtown shops. We had a delicious lunch at The Roof Restaurant and enjoyed walking around the town. We arrived at the amazing home - modern and welcoming and with all the amenities one could wish for - screen porch, fireplaces, a pool table, a hot tub, a fire pit - just to name a few. The beautiful private waterfalls and deep pools on East Mountaintown Creek provided some fun catch and release fishing. It is a truly beautiful place! The owners have thought of, and provided, everything you need for an amazing stay!

Better than expected!

We celebrated year 10 of family mountain getaways in North Georgia, and this home was perfect. Modern and luxurious with a different view (waterfall) than we typically select (mountain) but well worth it! No steep paths to drive, soothing waterfall sounds, and a neat hiking pathway to take you to the water - we also did some hiking through the neighborhood that’s being constructed. Kitchen and supplies were well stocked. Home is new and very clean. Thanks!

Better than pictures

We had a group of ladies in celebrating a milestone birthday. Some of us were local and some from out of state. We have honestly said we will never stay in another cabin in North Georgia. The pictures really do not do it justice, and the constant sound of the waterfall is amazing. Communication with management was excellent, and the cabin is well stocked. It is an easy drive to Ellijay and many wineries. We will definitely book again in the future.

Beautiful home with spectacular view

Our family stayed in this beautiful home for 4 nights, and we had a wonderful time. The house is gorgeous, and the view of the waterfall is even more amazing. There is a lovely path down to the waterfall with ropes that you can hold onto if you need and stone steps all the way down. This made it possible for me to walk down to the waterfall and enjoy it close-up, even with my bad knee (along with a cane, it was very doable). I am incredibly grateful to still be able to have this experience as my knee generally does not allow me to take the types of hikes I would need to take to get to experience such a view. Thank you so much! We will definitely be back!

Another Amazing Stay with Mountain Vibe Vacations! 5 Stars!

This was my second stay with Mountain Vibe Vacations and my first stay at Watersong Falls. It was a perfect getaway. Waking up to a private waterfall in our backyard each day was pretty unbelievable! The communication before, during, and after our stay was excellent. The cabin was very clean, beautifully decorated, and well stocked. We enjoyed relaxing by the fire pit in the evenings, playing billiards downstairs, and relaxing in the hot tub. The internet speed was great which allowed us to work a few hours a day remotely. When we weren't at the cabin enjoying the property itself, we explored the local area of Ellijay and Blue Ridge. We will definitely be back to the beautiful Watersong neighborhood and we hope to stay with you again.

Daughters 50th Birthday/Family Weekend

Our four day weekend at Watersong Falls was way too short. If we could give it 10 stars we would. The home itself is luxurious and had plenty of space for our family of 8. The falls themselves were the original reason for booking as my daughter loves waterfalls and it did not disappoint. Relaxing in the hot tub at sunrise, sitting around the fire pit at at sundown or just relaxing with a book or falling asleep to the sounds of the falls was magical. No-one in our group even thought about exploring the area or eating out until the last afternoon, everyone was happy to "chill". Recommended highly for absolute peace and tranquility. A memorable weekend for sure. The home had enough space and so many "to do" opportunities for everyone in our party of 8. Falling asleep at night to the sound of the waterfall, relaxing in the hot tub at sunrise, sitting around the fire pit in the evening

Beyond Amazing! Stunning!!

WOW! Spent 3 nights at Watersong Falls and could not have been more impressed. This modern design was awesome with high ceilings and both large and plentiful windows which gave a fresh and open feeling. The furnishings were first class and the decorating spectacular. The view of the waterfall from the kitchen, screened in porches and patio was breathtaking. Listening to the waterfall was so relaxing. This house had it all to include three fireplaces, a firepit, a hot tub and pool table. We saw a mother deer and two fawns at the base of the driveway. We also saw about 20 wild turkeys crossing the road within 1/2 mile of the subdivision. There was great mountain biking and hiking trails close by. We consider ourselves extremely fortunate to have been one of the first people to stay at this amazing property. We also found the Mountain Vibe Vacation personnel to be very knowledgeable and friendly. We intend to come back soon, hopefully this fall!!

Annual Family Get Together

Our scattered family comes together once a year for the past 4 years in the mountains and this has been the best home yet. Large enough for the 10 of us (2 kids loved the bunk room), all the amenities you could want in a 5+ star house and setting. Both are as beautiful as depicted in the listing. The kids spent so much time in the river, we had a fire every night at the fire pit, and morning coffee on the upper porch was a perfect way to start the day! While a little steep, the driveway was no problem for my all wheel drive GMC crossover, the other had 4WD trucks, parking fine for our 3 vehicles, and could’ve fit 1 more easily. The only hiccup we had was there are only 3 bins for garbage so ran out of space pretty fast with all of us, but easy enough for one of us to toss bags into one of the trucks and make a garbage run. Minor problem and one we have every year bc there are so many of us. There was an issue with a critter chewing through the hot tub wires and they had someone there within an hour to fix. Very nice and very responsive. Again 5+ stars, would love to come back.

Cleaning crew needs to be evaluated

The property was beautiful. However one of the hammocks was broken upon arrival, the hot tub had two separate errors and didnt work and had some hair flaoting in it, so it was not drained and cleaned like the email said it would be. Also our feet were black. I'm not sure the last time they mopped. We had to drive to walmart 20 minutes away to buy socks for all 6 of us so we could keep out feet clean. I did reach out to them and they offered to send the crew out but we did not want to be disturbed. They sent me the cleaning crews portal to show they marked off cleaning the tub and the floor and i sent pictures of our feet. The reply was "no one is perfect." I don't expect perfection, however with the cost one pays to be here for a week and you also showed me they lied on the portal that the mopped the floor is not a lack of perfection it was laziness. We even grabbed a paper towel, wet it, and scrubbed the floor for about 3 seconds and the towle was gross. I even sent them that picture as well. The place was beautiful and i basically lived outside the entire week listening to the waterfall reading my books. It just had me questioning the cleanliness of everything. Did they even wash the bedding? There are chairs with gross stains on them throwout the house. This is clearly a party house and not cleaned properly.
