Good Value

Beds were comfortable, pool is great, kitchen fridge, dishwasher and laundry machine probably need upgrades. Cooking surfaces, oven, griddle and supporting equipment like dinner ware and pans were awesome. Property manager is helpful and engaged, and the property at the price I rented was cheaper than many of the comps in the area. Would likely stay there again.

En tout premier lieu, je tiens a souligner la bienveillance du propriétaire, il a fait en sorte que notre séjour soit des plus agréables, très a l'écoute, avant et pendant.Ensuite, ma famille et moi même sommes unanimes pour féliciter et remercier la personne en charge du ménage, la maison était vraiment impeccable.La maison est spacieuse, la cuisine est très bien équipée, il ne manque rien, même des placards pour ranger la nourriture. Les chambres sont très bien, bien proportionnées.Plusieurs SDB et toilettes.Pour ce qui est de la véranda et de la piscine, vraiment pas déçu, malgré la température en dessous de zéro, l'eau de la piscine était a 29 degrés et la véranda n'en était pas loin!! Bref, nous avons passé un Noël parfait dans cette maison super accueillante.Encore merci aux hôtes.

Nous avons apprécié la grande piscine sous véranda, les moustiquaires, le frigo américain avec ses glaçons, la grande table pour manger au bord de la piscine, la cuisine fonctionnelle. Tout le monde était content de 3 à 90 ans. Et surtout la grande disponibilité et gentillesse d’Alexandre toujours prompt à répondre à toutes les questions. J’économise et je reviens .

Andernos-les Bains est un sympathique village assez dynamique avec un marché, des rues piétonnes et surtout des magnifique petites cabanes sur le port pour déguster les huitres. La maison se situe dans un endroit très calme. Nous avons apprécié l'accueil, la simplicité et les conseils du propriétaire. La piscine chauffée est un atout pour les saisons froides et permet de se détendre ou, pour les enfants, de jouer en toute sécurité. La décoration est faite avec goût et les chambres ainsi que la cuisine sont spacieuses. Idéal pour deux couples avec enfants. Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour.

Great stay

Description of the house is very accurate.we stayed there with 2 adults and 3 children. There is ample of room. The kitchen is equipped very well, including a nesspresso machine, dishwasher and washing machine. The pool is very sizable. The location is also very nice and just a few minutes by car from the small city and the beach. We enjoyed the stay!
