Sevid is a romantic fishing village with several small, turquoise bays with crystal clear sea water.
Villa Elena is located in one of these bays, quiet area, and only about 60 m from the sea and beach.
Due to the sheltered location, the bay is also very suitable for children.
Villa Elena is a luxurious villa with traditional Dalmatian stone facade and high quality equipment that leaves nothing to be desired.
In the Mediterranean-style garden is the private pool with outdoor shower, the barbecue area with sink and the covered loggia with garden furniture.
The villa has two separate units, parking for 3 cars. Garage and basement rooms.
All bedrooms and lounges are equipped with flat screen satellite TV, air conditioning and heating.
On the ground floor there is a living unit about 110 m² with 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom / WC with bath and shower and 1 bathroom with shower and toilet and a fully equipped modern kitchen (stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher) and living-dining room with Space for 6 people.
From the kitchen and dining room you have access to the pool and terrace, from the living room leads to the loggia with seating.
The upper living unit is about 90m ² accessible via an external staircase and has a spacious living-dining area with large terrace (seating for 6) and panoramic views, modern kitchen with pantry, 1 bathroom with shower and toilet, a double room and a double room with walk-in Wardrobe and bathroom en suite.
Washing machine available. Bed linen, towels and pool towels are included in the rental price.
Supermarket, 2 restaurants, snack bar, fruit vegetable stand, within walking distance. There is a mobile bakery in the summer months, which provides fresh bread and pastries in the morning, on the beach are souvenir stalls, kiosk with cakes, pancakes and pizza. Boat and within walking distance.
The Dalmatian capital Split is about 40 km away, the airport Trogir-Split is about 30 minutes. Driving time away.
The historic town of Trogir with its countless streets, shops and cafes can also be reached in 30 minutes.

Relaxing and comfortable

Great location, very short walk down to the water where you can swim and relax. House is very spacious (we had 12 people) and super clean and modern. Ivana met us for check in and out, which made it very easy. Great value for the number of people we had. Not a lot of restaurants or stores nearby so make sure to stop by Tommy (grocery) when you’re out and about or in your way to the property.

Sehr sauber gehalten hochwertige Unterkunft mit schönen Pool und nur wenige Schritte zum Meer, besser kanns nicht sein. Es ist einfach alles vorhanden. Einkaufen und Essmöglichkeiten nahe der Villa es lässt keine Wünsche offen. Wir haben das schöne Wetter und das saubere Meer einfach genossen. Alles Top weiter so!

Wunderschöne Villa in toller Lage

Wir haben die 8 Tage in Sevid sehr genossen. Die Villa ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. Die Aufteilung in 2 Wohneinheiten war perfekt für uns. Der eigene Pool war eine super Erfrischung in der Zeit. Die Lage der Villa mit Blicl auf die Bucht ist sehr schön. Der Weg ans Wasser ist etwas beschwerlich aber dennnoch ist die Bucht sehr angenehm, denn hier findet kein Massentourismus statt. Die Villa ist sehr schwer zu finden. Besser vorher eine genaue Wegbeschreibung erfragen. Wir wurden von der lieben Ivana auf dem Berg gegenüber abgeholt. Ivana und bei allen Fragen super geholfen und war mit Ihrer lieben Art sehr wohltuend. Beim nächsten Kroatienurlaub kommen wir auf jeden Fall wieder.

Traumurlaub in wunderschöner Villa im romantischen Fischerdorf Sevid

Sehr sauber und gepflegt. Super Service, sogar Willkommensgeschenk mit Wein Kekse und Obst. Wetter war traumhaft, das Meer ist glasklar, Bucht ist windgeschützt. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Sehr geräumig, jeder hatte sein eigenes Bad, alles hochwertig ausgestattet. Lage der Villa ist ruhig aber zentral und gut zu erreichen. Restaurants sind erst ab Mai geöffnet, aber in den größeren Dörfern bekommt man hervorragendes Essen. Supermärkte sind an der Hauptstraße und haben bis abends geöffnet, auch an Sonntagen. In einer halben Stunde ist man in Trogir, Riviera Marina ist eine der schönsten Gegenden in Kroatien, die wir kennen. Wir kommen ganz sicher wieder !!

Lovely villa in a quiet village

We spend a week at Villa Elena, and we really enjoyed the stay. The villa is excellent for two families with two seperate appartments. Sevid is a bit on the rural side - car is a necessity. The restaurant Lanterna (approx 300 m from the villa) is really good. Try the local dishes!

Superschöne Villa

Wir waren 3 Familien im Haus und haben den Aufenthalt genossen. Die Villa bietet alles, was man sich wünscht. Sauber, gross und "top class"-Ausrüstung. Die ruhige Lage und der fantastische Ausblick auf die Bucht darf auch nicht vergessen werden, zu erwähnen! :-) Die Kinder haben sowohl den Pool als auch das Meer genossen (Badeschuhe sind ein MUSS in Kroatien!). Great time in beautiful Villa Elena

We were in 3 families with children for the first time in Croatia staying in Villa Elena for 6 nights. The house is beautiful and really we can't complain about anything. Conditions and equipment in the Villa is top class and for sure worth the price. We enjoyed the most the swimming pool, beautiful view from the tarrace and the Adriatic Sea close to us. Supertolle Villa

Die Villa ist ein Traum, im Haus gibt's wirklich alles was man fürs Wohnen benötigt. Als Willkommengruß gab es Obstkorb, Wein etc, was ich sehr nett fand...Der Strand war für uns mit Kleinkindern nicht ideal, betonierte Plateaus mit Leitern und keine Schattenplätze, der Kiesstrand war mit Booten belegt und nicht sehr einladend zum Baden, allerdings haben wir dann in ca 10 Gehminuten eine nettes Plätzchen in der nächsten Bucht gefunden, wo das Wasser sehr schön und klar war

Excellent villa in a laid back location

We are renting every year a villa in Croatia and have plenty to compare with - Villa Elena was so far our best experience. Even at a slightly higher price Villa Elena offers very good value for money. There is pretty much nothing to complain about, the whole group was very happy with the house and we enjoyed every day of our stay. Die Villa Elena war der absolute Höhepunkt unserer Kroatienreise.

Die Villa bietet alles, was man sich für einen erholsamen Urlaub wünscht. Es ist luxuriös und liebevoll eingerichtet, sehr sauber und es ist alles da – von der Kaffeemaschine bis hin zum Flachbildfernseher. Unglaublicher Blick auf die türkisfarbene Bucht, egal, ob man auf der Terrasse sitzt, oder sich im Garten befindet. Ein absoluter Luxus ist auch der hauseigene Pool mit ebenso herrlicher Aussicht auf die Umgebung. Ideal die Großzügigkeit der Räume, so dass wir uns - und die Kinder - immer wieder zurückziehen konnten. Wunderschön ist auch die Badebucht, die sich so nah am Haus befindet; die Kinder wollten hier gar nicht mehr weg. Man möchte dieses Haus eigentlich gar nicht mehr verlassen, man fühlt sich sofort wohl, sobald man über die Schwelle getreten ist. Die ganze Umgebung ist bezaubernd und ruhig gelegen. Herzlichen Dank an die freundliche und hilfsbereite Betreuung durch die Vermieterin Kerstin. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!!! Petra und Michael mit Familie aus Berlin

We love the country of Croatia, but especially Dalmatia with its crystal clear sea and innumerable islands, so we decided to purchase this property and build Villa Elena in 2006.

Why they chose this property

Villa Elena is a newly constructed Villa designed in the Dalmatian style and features any and all of the comforts required for the truly relaxing and rejuvenating holiday. The Sevid region lies far from the crowds of tourists, right on the peaceful sea. Yet there are still many cities in the immediate vicinity like Trogir (20 km), Primosten (18 km), and Rogoznica (8 km) with countless restaurants, bars, cafes, and shops to wander through and visit.

What makes this property unique

Split/Trogir Airport is 30 min. away. Heated floors and split climate control are located throughout the house, so the home can be used for holidays during the colder months as well. Pets may be permitted upon request.
