About this property

Old wash house in a listed residential complex with a modern extension

The house is absolutely quiet in a green area on a small stream. It is level and easily accessible. It actually consists of 2 smaller houses with a central entrance. The sleeping area and the bathroom are in the old house, the new building contains the kitchen and the living and dining area. A spacious wooden terrace right by the stream invites you to stay outdoors. It is heated by an air heat pump so that the property can also be rented in winter.
The house has been rented out since mid-2015, and the annex was only completed in 2015. The facility dates from the same year.
Parking is in the public area, but absolutely no problem.

Old wash house

Unusual and lovely building in a pretty village. Park in village for children to play and a large stream to paddle. Easy access up the valley for visiting deeper into the Black Forest. Husband loved doing all the jigsaws!

Lovely house

We had a wonderful stay at the house. The living room is bright and airy, there was plenty of space for 2 adults and 2 children. The ouside terrace with the little stream offers a lovely place to sit and relax, and have a BBQ. I would say, to keep in mind: upstairs bedroom is not really suitable for smaller children because the stairs are very steep. Fine for adults and older children.

Den Gastgeber haben wir leider nur kurz gesprochen.Die Ferienwohnung ist etwas ganz Besonderes.Wir waren hier mit zwei Kleinkindern (1 und 3).Sie fanden hier wunderbare Spielsachen vor.Sie hatten Platz zum Spielen und konnten sich austoben. Auch wir Erwachsene konnten uns entfalten. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattete.Im Haus und um das Haus herum gab es viel Kunst und Natur.Das keine Bächlein machte uns viel Freude. Die großen Glasfenster gaben uns einen schönen Ausblick auf Blumen und Bäume. Schön war es.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt im Alten Waschhaus in Hausen im Wiesental. Das Haus war sauber, gemütlich und liebevoll eingerichtet, auch die Schlafzimmer waren sehr angenehm. Bei Regen sollte man auf der Terrasse etwas aufpassen, da sie rutschig werden kann – ansonsten war wirklich alles wunderbar und wir kommen gerne wieder!

Die Unterkunft befindet sich in einer ruhigen Umgebung. Besonders die Terrasse mit dem kleinen Bach ermöglicht eine naturnahe und, was uns sehr gefallen hat, eine private Sitzmöglichkeit. Die Gegend ist traumhaft und bietet für jeden Geschmack die passende Aktivität. Wir behalten unseren Aufenthalt auf jeden Fall in positiver Erinnerung.

Erholsame Auszeit im alten Waschhaus

Wir haben mit unserer Hündin eine schöne Woche im alten Waschhaus verbracht. Das Haus ist toll eingerichtet. Das Schlafzimmer im Erdgeschoss ist auch bei heißen Temperaturen angenehm kühl.Gerne haben wir uns auch auf der Terrasse am kleinen Bach aufgehalten. Der Tipp von Herrn Wuchner, mit dem Hund an einen kleinen See (Nonnenmattweiher) zu fahren, war bei den sehr heißen Bedingungen in unserer Ferienwoche Gold wert.

Großzügiges Häuschen in perfekter Lage für Kurzurlaub zu Fünft

Wir hätten es gut noch länger ausgehalten: Tolle Ausgangslage zur Erkundung des Südschwarzwaldes und des Hochrheins. Idyllische Terasse am Flüsschen bei gutem und großzügige Innenräume bei schlechtem Wetter. Einfallsreich und vollständig ausgestattet mit unkomplizierter und freundlicher Kommunikation. Perfekt. Schön gelegenes Kleinod mit eigenem Bach

Wir hatten einen schönen Familien-Kurzurlaub mit Hund im "Alten Waschhaus"! Vor allem die Lage und der Bach an der Terrasse haben uns begeistert. Im Bad könnte ein Mülleimer ergänzt werden und die Kaffeemaschine mussten wir vor Benutzung erstmal grundreinigen. Insgesamt ein schönes Ferienobjekt mit netten Gastgebern,vielen Dank!

Winterurlaub im Schwarzwald

Wir....mein Mann, unsere Hündin Lilly... und ich haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in dem" alten", liebevoll und modern eingerichteten, lichtdurchfluteten Waschhaus am Rande von Hausen. Von dort aus konnte man gleich in die Natur und schöne Wanderungen unternehmen. Im Haus haben wir alles vorgefunden, was man für das tägliche Leben so braucht. Seltenst habe ich in Ferienhäusern in der Küche eine Auswahl an Gewürzen vorgefunden, lagen Handtücher ,,Müllbeutel bereit...hier war alles selbstverständlich. Das alte, antike Puppenhaus im Wohnzimmer hat es mir besonders angetan. Es ist sehr sympathisch, in ein so kinderfreundliches Haus zu kommen. Buntstifte, Papier , Holzspielzeug und jede Menge Gesellschaftsspiele sowie Bücher für Klein und Groß standen zur Auswahl. Unsere Hündin war sehr begeistert von dem kleinen Bächlein, das direkt an der Terrasse vorbei fließt.....im Sommer kann ich mir das besonders schön vorstellen. Gerne habe ich vom Wohnzimmer aus in den verwunschenen Garten des Vermieters geschaut. Dass dem Vermieter ebenso wie uns Nachhaltigkeit wichtig ist, war zu spüren und das hat mir ebenfalls sehr gefallen.Wie schön, dass es diese Oase gibt. Alles in Allem kann ich dieses Objekt nur weiter empfehlen.
