3rd Floor, walk-up private 3BR victorian apartment
A 3 BR, Third floor charming apartment in a one acre garden. Quiet neighborhood. Delicatessen store is only one block away. Surrounded by 3 churches. The historical house was built in 1885 by the descendants of William B. Ogden, first mayor of Chicago. Please, be aware that this is a third floor apartment and 2 flight of stairs needs to be taken. There is no elevator. We live in the same building and would socialize with you but only if you wished to do so. You are welcome to visit us in our home.
