Bright studio - Riquier - Air-conditioned
Located in the Riquier district of Nice & close to the very pretty & colorful port district, we invite you to spend a pleasant stay in our comfortable and bright, fully air-conditioned studio.
You will benefit from a location in the immediate vicinity of Nice Riquier train station to allow you to discover the Côte d'Azur in the blink of an eye and effortlessly. The apartment is located on the top floor with elevator of a building, courtyard side.
The studio is composed of:
- A pleasant living room with open kitchen equipped with a refrigerator & freezer, a combined microwave, Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster & induction hob.
- A sleeping area separated from a glass roof with a real standard size double bed (140x190). You also have a Smart TV with free WiFi connection in the accommodation.
- A bathroom with walk-in shower, vanity unit & WC.
Bed and bath linen are provided by a professional service provider, as well as welcome products for your arrival (small soaps, coffee).
The products at your disposal are indeed welcome products, to allow you to arrive with complete peace of mind. However, we cannot guarantee that they will be sufficient for the entire duration of your stay. It depends on your personal consumption.
