Super emplacement

L'appartement est très bien situé face à la mer avec un très grand balcon. Il aurait besoin d'un gros rafraichissement et surtout d'une climatisation ou au moins de ventilateurs. Nous y étions en Septembre et il y faisait très chaud. Toutefois, on y a passé un excellent séjour

Appartement très bien situé mais trop vieux,à rénover entièrement.Il manque une place de parking privé. La vue est magnifique et tout est à proximité. L'organisation,les renseignements et le personnel d'Interhome au top.Merci à N. pour sa gentillesse et elle parle très bien Français.Je recommande.

un magnifique appartement pour se relaxer devant une magnifique vue sur la mer L'équipe IH Calonge est formidable. J'ai quelques suggestions pour l'appartement : Vous passez la plupart de votre journée à la plage . et après être rentré à l'appartement sur le balcon . Par exemple, ce serait beaucoup mieux s'il y avait un ensemble de sièges de jardin confortables. Mais globalement, c'est génial.

Location très belle vue mer

Très belle vue mer. Nous avons déjà loué plusieurs fois cet appartement mais les équipements sont trop sommaires : il n'y a pas assez de luminaires, il manque internet et cette année était très bien au niveau du bruit la nuit grâce au couvre-feu. Nous ne pourrons pas relouer l'année prochaine à cause du bruit car les fenêtres ne sont pas du tout isolées et beaucoup trop anciennes.

Top Lage! Flop Betten!

Die Lage der Wohnung ist echt sehr gut und schön. Die Grösse der Wohnung ist auch ok. Das "Kinderzimmer" mit 3 Betten (1 Einzelbett und ein Kajüten Bett) ist ohne Fenster nach aussen. Das vorhanden Fenster geht in einen Innenschacht und man sollte es nicht öffnen da sonst der unangenehme Geschmack vom Schacht ins Zimmer eindringt. Ebenso sind die Möbel sehr alt und nicht mehr wirklich angenehm. Aber man verbringt ja eh die meiste Zeit draussen. :) Der Balkon ist gut mit sehr schöner Aussicht.

Très bon emplacement

C'est la 4ème année que nous venons. L'appartement est très bien placé avec une vue magnifique mais le prix a trop augmenté, les nuits sont souvent trop bruyantes et il n'y a pas la wifi.

Alles ist ok.

Lange ist gut, Wohnung selber kann ein bisschen Renovierung vertragen besonders Küche. Sonst Urlaub war gut. Mit Parkplätzen ist ein bisschen schwierig Tiefgarage ist da Aber nicht für diesen Wohnungen.
