About this property

Lovely ground floor house near the sea 7mn from the beach

All my ground floor space is dedicated to rent.
60m2 for your vacations, all renovated in 2023 for 4 people. With all the confort (new kitchen, bedrooms, bathroom, part of the garden with outside table).
Calm place in a parc with birds ans squirels. Royan is not very far but I prefer St-Georges de Didonne much more authentic. You can connect yourself to your channel like netflix or youtube with my wifi signal and a chromecast on the TV. I am sure you will enjouy your time of holidays.

Super logement près de la plage (5min à pied), propre et fonctionnel même pour une famille avec 2 enfants en bas âge.La clim a été un gros plus au vu des températures caniculaires. Laurence est fort sympathique, et la communication s'est déroulée parfaitement. Je recommande à 100% pour des vacances à la mer!!

Rez de chaussée correspondant à l’annonce, situé dans une zone calme et près de l’océan.La deuxième chambre me semble plus adaptée pour des enfants voire des adolescents plus qu’à des adultes. Les wc se trouvent dans la salle de bains, ce qui n’est pas toujours pratique.Nous avons, néanmoins, passé un très agréable séjour et avons découvert une belle région !Laurence est une hôtesse bienveillante, attentionnée et heureuse de donner des informations pour nous faire découvrir cette région à laquelle elle semble très attachée.Marie

Excellent séjour chez Laurence, le logement est très bien situé, tout peut être fait à pied ou vélo (marché, plage, restaurant, aire de jeux...). Adapté pour une famille avec enfants, les nôtres ont 18mois et 3 ans.Laurence est très sympathique ce qui rend les choses encore plus agréable :-)Adresse que l'on va garder précieusement.

Sehr schön und stimmig eingerichtet. Alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Sehr schöne Lage da angenehm ruhig, dafür ein paar Meter zum Strand der jedoch in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar ist.

Repos, douceur et calme dans la nature

Toutes les commodités pratiques y sont et un accueil charmant et chaleureux de la propriétaire qui est très à l’écoute. Cadre environnant très calme, verdoyant, de très beaux arbres.
