About this property

Lovely ground floor house near the sea 7mn from the beach

All my ground floor space is dedicated to rent.
60m2 for your vacations, all renovated in 2023 for 4 people. With all the confort (new kitchen, bedrooms, bathroom, part of the garden with outside table).
Calm place in a parc with birds ans squirels. Royan is not very far but I prefer St-Georges de Didonne much more authentic. You can connect yourself to your channel like netflix or youtube with my wifi signal and a chromecast on the TV. I am sure you will enjouy your time of holidays.

Sehr schön und stimmig eingerichtet. Alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Sehr schöne Lage da angenehm ruhig, dafür ein paar Meter zum Strand der jedoch in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar ist.
