Vacation home in the small village of Rovaci. This small village is beautifully centrally located in a typical Tuscan hilly landscape. Your vacation home is 18 km northwest of the picturesque Pistoia and 25 km north of Montecatini Terme. For tourist activities there is much to choose from: Artists' cities such as Lucca, Florence and San Gimignano, but also the village of Vinci by the famous Leonardo are easily accessible. In these surroundings you can make wonderful walks. Only an hour's drive away are the white sandy beaches of the Tuscan Versilia coast. On the large property (1000 m²) there is a swimming pool for children (open from 26 May to 22 September) and a real pizza oven. The property is bordered with woods. You are the only tenant of the house. The cottage is furnished in Tuscan style and offers you a lot of privacy.
