An easy 5-minute walk lands you in the center of town at the Washington Street Mall with countless restaurants, bars, shops and attractions. Yet, this corner lot is located on a quiet, tree-lined, one-way street and remains a peaceful haven even this close to all the action. With 1 bedroom on the first floor, 5 bedrooms on the second floor, a 2-bedroom loft on the third floor and 4.5 baths, the property can very comfortably accommodate 20 guests. There is a fully-equipped kitchen, family room and large dining room, perfect for entertaining a large group or family reunion. This lovely Victorian has original charm with modern updates including central A/C, gas heat, TV, Wifi, washer/dryer, off street parking and a grill. The idyllic wrap around porch is the perfect spot to relax after a beautiful day exploring Cape May.

Great Beach Getaway

Nice house in excellent location. Walking distance to the beach and pedestrian mall. Well stocked kitchen and many beds. Some of the areas of the home could use some paint and deeper cleaning but overall great home.

Beautiful house! Great location!

This house was perfect for our extended family. Plenty of beds and space for 11 of us. Kitchen was well stocked. So well that there wasn’t much space for groceries but wasn’t an issue. The location was perfect. So close to beach, restaurants and Washington Mall. Absolutely loved it and would highly recommend this house.

This was a great place!

We came to Cape May for a girl's weekend. We had 13 people and there was more than enough room for hanging out inside and the porch space was great with plenty of seating. The location was also great.... walkable to the beach and Washington street mall. The owner was very responsive to questions we had - easy to work with. Highly recommend this property.

My husband and I fell in love with Cape May, NJ the first time we visited. We knew immediately that we wanted to find a home there to make memories with our family. We instantly felt that The Ware House Cape May was the place for us, with it's amazing location, large space and historical, Victorian charm. We hope you enjoy making memories at our home as well!
