This "Second Empire" Estate offers 8 Bedrooms, 7.5 Bathrooms, Renovated Kitchen and Bathrooms, updated electronics and flat screen TVs with digital cable in each bedroom, including a 60" 3D Flat Screen with surround sound system in all common rooms on the 1st Floor. The Ocean Victorian sleeps 22 with Dining for 22 and off street parking for 5 Cars. $455 cleaning fee for all stays. All VRBO bookings will be required to sign a lease provided by Tim Kerr Sotheby's International Realty. All terms in the lease are binding.

We had a great long weekend stay for 15 adults. More than enough bedrooms and bathrooms. Excellent location with more than enough off street parking. Linens are not provided which we did not realize until we checked in. However the property manager was able to help us with a linen service without a sweat. Would recommend this home for a large group.

The bathrooms didn't have any hand soap or shampoo. The air conditioning wasnt working and I felt someone should have checked it worked/the heat was off in the property prior to us coming- which was voiced as a question from the host when I showed the thermostat. The HVAC tech was found sleeping on the floor. We had to ask if he was okay multiple times before we got an answer from him.
