Welcome to our apartment in front of the Promenade des Anglais.

Located on the fifth floor with elevator, you will find all the comforts: proximity to touristic places, space, private garage, equipped kitchen, washing machine, terrace, Wi-Fi...

This apartment consists in a two bedroom with two comfortable double beds and closet, bathroom with shower, separate WC, separate kitchen, living room with a sofa and TV and access to the terrace.

Kitchen is fully equipped: fridge, hotplates, oven, microwave, coffee machine and kettle.



Access



The apartment is fully equipped. Bed linens and bathroom towels are provided, and you will have access to the complete accommodation.

Although on the ground floor, access to the apartment includes a step at the entrance of the building and at the entrance of the shower which may not be suitable for a person with reduced mobility.

Keys will be given to you in our office, Bnb Groom Services. We can also organize a check in on site depending on your arrival time and our availability. Don't hesitate to share you arrival information as soon as you have it.

Neighborhood



The apartment is in front of the beach and the Promenade des Anglais, Nice International Airport and the Tramway line (Lenval stop) to reach the city center in a few minutes.

Walk accross the street and you will arrive on the beach. You will also find many shops in the immediate neighborhood. (bakery, supermarket, banks, restaurants etc)

Walk along the Promenade des Anglais for 25 minutes and you will arrive in the city center, Massena Square, Old Town, the historic and lively area of Nice.



Transit



Access to accommodation from the airport is possible by tram: take the line n°2 in direction of Port Lympia and stop at Lenval. Journey takes only 20 minutes and this stop is 50m away from the apartment.

You can also ask us to arrange a private car transfer from the airport to the apartment.

Train station « Nice Ville » is 2km away, allowing you to discover Antibes, Cannes, Grasse, Monaco, Menton or even to go in Italy easily.

You can come in Nice by car and park in our private garage.





IMPORTANT - RULES OF PROCEDURE :



For security reasons, before arrival an online check-in should be completed via our Yaago application in which the person in charge of the booking should provide identity document.



The accommodation should be returned in a suitable state of use, respecting the premises, the neighborhood, as well as basic rules of cleanliness and hygiene.



Parties and noisy evening gatherings are not allowed.

Smoking isn’t allowed inside.



Non-compliance with these instructions may result in a deduction from the deposit or cancellation of the stay.
