This fantastic 2BD unit is in a superb location in the Cocoa Beach oceanfront complex and is one of the closest condos to private beach access and the ocean! This is a completely remodeled ground-floor condominium. Charming furnishings, ocean-themed decor, and move-in are ready for your extended stay or a short getaway. The kitchen features oversized oak cabinets, granite counters, and all appliances, including a dishwasher, a large refrigerator with an ice maker, a washer and dryer, and a stainless steel sink. It is bright and cheery! Kick off your shoes and walk to the private beach access or the heated pool! 1 pet allowed under 20 lbs. The remarkable location is south of the 520 Causeway and Ron Jon, and 20 min from Space Center. Amazing views will astound you in those space shots! Proximity to all restaurants, shopping, golf, churches, and easy access to Orlando and other attractions! Plenty of parking with tennis & bocce ball!
The complex offers resort-like amenities, including a solar-heated swimming pool, a tennis court, a bocce court, a charcoal grill, and a picnic area. The beach in front of the complex is nice, clean, and sandy. Treat yourself for a couple of weeks at the beach!

Nice week in FL

The unit worked well for our needs. Property is older but very clean. We had a great week with baseball, a rocket launch, sea turtle sitings. Ocean was 1 building over so easy walk to the beach.

We live in the mountains but have always wanted a place near the ocean. Our dream came true! Only a few steps away, you can breathe the ocean air, listen to the waves, and stroll along the coast to Cocoa Beach Pier, restaurants, and nightlife entertainment.

Why they chose this property

We love this quiet oceanfront complex, with all the shops, supermarkets, restaurants, and venues within walking distance of the condo. The complex offers resort-like amenities, including an all-year-round heated pool with a sundeck and lounges, a bocce court, BBQ grills, a picnic area, and private access to the beach. Tennis courts and shuffleboard will add to your fun, and great restaurants are just a stone's throw away. Publix is right across the street.
If you enjoy Disney World and all other theme parks, Orlando attractions, and entertainment, they are only 45 minutes away.

What makes this property unique

This condo is fantastic. Finding a place for 2-4 at a reasonable price is hard. It couldn't be any closer to the water! If you're looking for a well-kept two-bedroom condo on the beach close enough, but not too close, to all the hectic tourist spots, this is the place!
