The Space:

Living space

The living room is comfortable and relaxed, built around a sectional sofa that's equally good for movie nights and afternoon naps. The covered patio opens directly from the living room - a quiet spot for morning coffee or an evening drink, shaded and furnished for sitting out at any hour of the day.

 

Sleeping arrangements

The bedroom carries a nautical-inspired character and is furnished with a King-sized bed. A sleeper sofa in the living room provides a second sleeping option, bringing total capacity to 4 guests. The bedroom also has direct patio access, so you can step outside the moment you wake up.

 

Kitchen & dining

The fully equipped kitchen has everything needed to cook from scratch or throw together a quick meal between beach sessions - refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and a full set of cooking basics, dishes, and silverware. A small dining table seats two comfortably for meals at home.

 

Bathroom

The bathroom features a tub and shower combo, along with a hair dryer, shampoo, body soap, and cleaning products. Hot water, extra pillows and blankets, bed linens, and an iron are all provided.

 

Beach essentials

Beach gear is included with your stay - towels, umbrella, blanket, and snorkeling gear - so you can head straight to the sand without a stop at the shops. Free parking on premises and free street parking make coming and going simple.

 

Location

The beach is a one-block walk away. Within a mile, you'll find Ron Jon Surf Shop, the Cocoa Beach Pier, and a good spread of restaurants and cafes. For day trips, Kennedy Space Center is about a half-hour drive, and Disney World, Universal Studios, and Islands of Adventure are all within an hour. The Banana River lagoon - home to dolphins, manatees, blue herons, and more - is nearby for wildlife lovers and birdwatchers. A laundromat is also conveniently close by.

Cocoa Beach is a friendly beach town on the Florida Coast with the perfect balance of locals and visitors. It feels like home, but also like a place where time slows down and “the real world” fades away. Cocoa Beach is great for taking day trips, too! Disney World, Universal Studios and Island of Adventure are all within an hour’s drive. Kennedy Space Center is a half-hour drive away. Wildlife lovers and birdwatchers: be sure to check out nearby Banana River, a 31-mile lagoon with salt marshes, oyster beds and mangrove swamps that are home to dolphins, manatees, blue herons and more.



Getting Around:

There is plenty of space for on site parking at the unit. Many places are within walking distance locally. (beach, shops, restaurant/bars, ect.) Very close to A1A and SR520 intersection that will each get you anywhere you want to be quickly. (Orlando is less than 50 min away)
